My wife and I have had E52's since August 2009. I assume they were made in China cause is said "Made by Nokia". Both phones had the same minor solvable glitches cropping up at the same time. However one design flaw that's very unlike other Nokia's is its ability to withstand minor drops. Previous phones of mine like the E51 would become loose or the back plate would fly off when dropped but you could always put it back together. The E52 construction is however less "airy" than other nokia's with such minute flexiblity that the front "A" plate, which is very thin at the edges, cracks very easily. So we both decided to get new phones. My wife picked up the Nokia C5 which has most of the features of the E52 including GPS but no WIFI and costed around Rs.8k.
I on the other hand got roped in for a second time and found out that the grey market were selling two types of E52's. One Silver "Made in Finland" costing Rs.11.5k without warranty and the another Black "Made in Korea" costing Rs.12.5k with taxes and 1yr warranty. A close look at the back panel screws and circuit board (RM06 vs RM08) of the Korean one proved that the Finland phone had a marginally superior finish so I went in for the Finland one. Its been a month and with the new phone and along with latest firmware I've found that Nokia have made a number of subtle but important improvements in the phone. I'm keeping my fingers crossed about not buying the phone with warranty but I've realised that with electronic equipment if it doesn't give you trouble within the first couple of weeks your good to go for well over the period covered by the warranty. Besides Nokia India's warranty and aftersales are nothing to write home about.
Overall I'd still recommend this phone to anyone willing to spend the extra money for something classy. However if you want more bang for you buck and are willing to do without WLAN go in for the Nokia C5.

it shows ur sim memory is full. Go to messages then option n then select sim msgs. In that folder delete one or two msgs n then select ur msg memory as memory card if it is not already. The problem will be 100% solved. Reply then.

my phone flashes a blinking message sign next to the battery indicator. it is still there although there are no unread messages...
can someone suggest how to get rid of it?

Remember its an executive class fone where a loud sound seems like bad manners. See other features which r very very nice. Go for it. U wont regret.

hey guys is this phone loud speaker poor like the e71 $ e72 plz advice me now i have 6120 c and it is great except no gbs no wifi low battry life but sound is loud and clear and very fast i need to know di o go 4 e52 ???????? or wait 4 e53 :)

This is the best nokia i hav ever used.
its better than e71 and e63 in every aspect and at a reasonable price.i hav been using it since a month and its performance is excellent. Symbian os is working too good here.
camera quality is fine at such a price and other included features.GPS and Wi-Fi are working fine.current firmware version is not hackable , this is a flaw , but keep patience over the time i'll hack it.

hello everybody, i bought E52 and started using after removing from it's original box. i put the battery and charged overnight. it is really a very beautiful phone because when i want to call my family or my relatives i can call them and talk as long as i want without getting heated up. one more good thing is that i can even call my friends and talk to them for long and the phone still remains cold. messaging is one of the outstanding inventions in today's world as i can message whom ever i want to whether to the people whom i know or to the people whom i do not know. it is really wonderful phone which is liked by my family and friends and even liked by my dog. all the future features are very nice and wonderful in this phone which i think including my mother that it is 21st century wonder of the worlds. i will keep this phone till the last and i would like to take it along with me to the grave so that i can still call and remain in touch with my family and friends and also it will help to call my family people and friends who left to heaven or hell before me to find out how they are doing with their lives. i can even send message to them if the call costs are very high in the heaven. i cross my heart and tell all of you to go for this wonderful phone and you all will not regret or be disappointed with me for advising you to buy this Nokia mobile phone. please note my no.99966655 so that you can contact me to say "HI" to me and thank me for my advise to buy this phone for yourself.

'no cp is perfect' but this phone was made me complete! If i were u guys, get this phone & you won't regret. If you want also to be complete take this opportunity.

Mine is just 14mb left but theres no problem in email application. Superb fone. Now its with me for about a month n running gud.

Very nice phone. Good battery back-up.
But very very slow. I am using Nokia Push Mail and the phone says - Memory Full even when there is some 30 MB free. Any solution to this issue?

This phone is the best nokia i have ever had and is very good. The gps is excellant, and all other features are good. battery life is also good. I cant say i have any negatives, except for my fat fingers that tend to always push the button for checking email
