E55 has half QWERTY keypad and more frequencies on the 3G network and also comes with a 2GB memory card. I guess that's all the difference when compared to E52.

This one has QWERTY keyboard. The other one is regular.

E52 uses normal Keyboard/keypad while this one uses Half-QWERTY keyboard
