It says the CPU is 600, i think it's 680 CPU?
Anonymous, 05 May 2011retail price 430 euros in germany. pre-order is possible today. way to expensive for a dyin... moreyeah but that is really overpriced, when it launches i expect it will be far cheaper
Itz a dream cell for us e72 and e71 users.... Please shed some light on the particular date of release and itz price in inr.......
Hoping it dont suffer from ram problems like in my E72 which is a huge huge and only setback.......
1 correction, it is not fixed but full focus camera. Nokia should stop making phones till windows phone, but 1 thing is for sure, Nokia has lost the prime position, now the other companies are making much more better phones than Nokia like HTC & Samsung. Perhaps Nokia should stop making mobile phones forever!!! Bloody pathetic windows phones!
nokia should make different kind of os.LIKe symbian 4 or meego.Windows 7 is booring.so we expect new os
hello, any one knows its price
its a better option when compared with the rim's bold 9900 and also better than the sluggish android phones even though they are equipped with 1ghz clock speed qualcomm processor and huge ram the android app doest give a great experience and it needs more power where as when looking at the symbian it runs very fastly even with 369mhz arm 11 processor and 128 mb ram and e71 was an example, now coming to e6 apart from that fixed focus cam,the other features are almost the same when compared to the products of recent eseries family like e55 and e52. i thnk this stuff comes at a price range of around 17k
e6!i thnk the features are same when compared with the earlier e series family handsets like e55,e52 but one good thing is the comfortable tiny touch screen along with the nokia 's standard qwerty keypad makes the phone a better option when compared with the black berrys bold 9900.one can overlook the fixed focus cam when compared with the other features, and the latest symbian anna os along with 600mhz processer with graphic accelarator is certainly better than the android operated mobiles even though they are equipped with 1ghz processor and huge ram since the for the smooth running of android market apps i thnk even the 1ghz clock speed also hangs sometimes which is not a problem with symbian os and the best proof is the e71 which has 369mhz processor and runs fast.
Anonymous, 04 May 2011Hey gsmarena the camera is a full focused camera not a fixed focus.Sorry bro, but NOKIA already declaired that they will NOT make any phone with AUTO FOCUS until their Windows Phones. All the remaining phones (Symbian) before Windows Phones will be with fixed focus cameras. But to tell you the truth, recently I bought a C7 (8MP Fixed Focus) for my brother. Comparing to my N8, the camera is not THAT bad. Just you need to soften the picture sharpness and your pictures will be awesome. So Don't worry about fixed focus, they have EFoB. Take care.
The design is great. It reminds me of Nokia's n86 8mp white version. The d-pad and the materials used is similar to n86 which is great in my opinion.
The definite rival for newly announced Blackberry Bold 9900 and 9930
perfect phone .......but why FIXED focus camera....isn't better the auto focus
Does E6 have RSS feed.Is 600Mhz processor enough ,
E7, N8 ,C6-01all r having 680Mhz processor
Where is the NFC chip? Won't business men need one? at least for one touch pairing to Bluetooth?
I would have been the first person in the city to buy this phone only if it had an NFC chip or and definitely another OS for which I would at-least expect 2 years of software updates.
it ll be in 2012 or 2013 before i can get this phone but i ll start thanking you today nokia for makin e6.
This is exactly what im waiting for!
retail price 430 euros in germany. pre-order is possible today.
way to expensive for a dying os.
wouldnt hesitate to pay the price if nokia would stay with symbian, but unfortunatly the ceo's decided otherwise.
well, it seems it's time to go for bb after 10 years using nokia only.
i feel kinda sad about this...
e6 can be pre-ordered in germany. msrp is 430 euros...
way to expensive, i thought it would be in the same price range with e72... say 100 euros less.
i'd rather get bold touch for this money
At last..... Nokia launch this type which has fullfill my expectation..
Qwerty, touchscreen, longlasting battery, faster processor, higher cam resolution, super huge storage n more... Unfortunately E6 doesn't have infrared.
I know it was oldschool feature. But without infrared, i can't remote my TV, DVD, AC, etc.
Well.. Thats okay.. I still can use my E71 tho.. :)
Bravo Nokia! Keep up the good work!
