Is Nokia going to ever come back with this flip keyboard? My phone fell into water and fried. So I bought an iphone - cool device unless you actually want a phone - then forget it - no reception.......I know it isn't AT&T - I've been with them for 15 years no problems on a Nokia ever. Aghhh.

I have been telling all since last one year that Nokia has no interest to support this device and hence they dont repair this device. From this its better not to buy this model anymore. (Joystick is biggest problem for all users after 1 year usage).

I've been using the phone for 1.5 yrs...the joystick or '5-way scroll key' as Nokia so proudly calls is giving me quite a lot of problems...it only moves up smoothly doesn't move in any other direction smoothly my thumb and fingers have become bruised by it!!! Anyway to fix it????

I just had one purchased for a client who is blind & we had a hard time locating one as well.
We tried a few online retailers.

Rob,
I live in Toronto, and I just received mine from eBay last week. Right now, there are 5 auctions for E70s, and new ones appear all the time. Make sure you're looking at ebay.com, not ebay.ca.
phZJ, I've had my E70 for about a week, and it came used, so I don't know the age of my battery.
From a full charge, I clock in about 18 hours standby with wi-fi on + email checking every 5 minutes, plus 2 hours of talk time, plus 2 hours of heavy wi-fi usage before the low-battery indicator appears.
From the low battery indicator appearing, it takes about 20 minutes of talk-time until the phone shuts off.
If you can't charge the phone every night, then turning off background apps and wi-fi scanning will probably give you an extra day, although I haven't tested that.

So...this looks like an amazing phone--but where can I find one? I live in Canada and most of what I've heard implies that it's big overseas but near-impossible to locate here. Ebay doesn't even have a single one.

My phone is just over 1 year old. Battery life +/- 3 days, with about 7 calls a day, avg call time: around 3 minutes.
If your battry runs out too soon, press and hold menu button for more than 3 seconds to which apps are running.Ensure Bluetooth and infrared are switched off

No autolock keypad? Better try this. Go to tools>setting>security>phone and sim>autolock period. You can set to how many minutes before the keypad will lock.

I have same question as David.
I had the 6800 and 6822. Yes there was difference. 6800 very good, nice clicks, feel good under thumbs. 6822 not so good, not good feel when clicked because it has very bad tactileness.
Does E70 have good feel when click buttons?
Please let me know. I want to buy but only if keys good and feel good.
i sorry for my english. it choppy but I learning.
