will anyone help me(advise) how to update the latest sfotware from net (in nokia web site showing firmware 300.. is availabel once i try to update with PC suit its showing 200... and you already have the latest software)

I've this phone, almost being used for 4 months. This phone has bug. Sometimes, OS of this phone gets "not responding", and no way other than physical restart to get rid of. Before, i was thinking this is my phones defect. But it wasn't, 2 ppl owns this phone told me their E71 also have this problem.

You can keep your 12mp,touchscreen uselessness,,wen it comes down to depending on your fone you need buttons good battery and something that works=E71..Whats the point of suffering problem after problem with a brand new fone thats really expensive=satio..Well that said its time to upgrade to,,,,,E72..It the e71 was a brilliant smartfone what will they call e72??

It's features very impressive and easy to access 3g service with e71. It's keypad works very smoothly.......Nice Phone.........
