does anyone know if this phone is compatible with Linux???

It is the worst phone i have ever used for information please call 9999986420 , e mail did not worked 3 times software changed in 1 monthright from the second day of purchase and the company does not even take any responsibility .The information is even given to company and I am harrassed so much that I am fed up from nokia ....Very very bad phone in my eyes . I took it on jan 2009 , no one helps...

I was also having problem with connecting to my Wifi at home as it was giving an error " No Gate way Reply".I searched the internet and there were so many suggestions but very complicated asking me work in IP Address and stuff.But at last i found one suggestion which worked for me.Its simple go to menu>tools>settings>connection>WirelessLAN>options>Advanced settings.
It would give u a message that changing advanced settings is not recommended.Continue Anyway?.Click Yes.When it give u the option of Power Saving:Enabled.Just simply Disable it.

I hope it solve the problem for most of the users of E-71.It worked for me :)

i got that problem but only when the battery is not fully charged.. I dont know the reason though. Im gonna connect device to PC and find solution (might be the reason it needs new software)

go to the folder of the phone which the themes are instaled in and delete them
for further problems write in

it it something in the communication between the wireless router and the phone ... but it is working fine with me till now ... and i love this phone :)

Kindly let me know in Document viewer file can we go in the find file and find any particular subject by writing the name for any required entry.
