previously I am using this phone, everything is ok except the low memory which will lead this phone to hang when doing a multi tasking task
ditch it and getting bb 9700, so far never hang on me b4..
try this on your e72..
While the keypad is locked, press and hold the select key(the middle key wid optical navi) and the clock will show up!

nua, 12 Jul 2011i dont even know y ppl use nokia's qwerty phones instead of blackberry...It's a personal choice. If you want to check feature-by-feature, E72 has a lot more to offer than blackberry 9700. The 9700's full capability is dependent to the network. you have to shell out more money to enjoy it. Nokia on the other hand, gives users the freedom to control their usage. Here in the Philippines, BES/BIS will cost you P800-P1,500 or $35, while nokia messaging is around $7 0r P299. all these for the same push email capability. plus, e72 looks and feels way better than blackberry. Nothing against blackberry though. FYI, my wife is using bold 9700.
My Nokia E72 are lose Satellite status bar. Normally the Satellite Status bar have to show when we start ovi map, but now it doesn't show.

it's a very good phone, it's better than blackberry, i gave my blackberry to my small brother to play with it and now i'm using this powerful phone :)

shrikant kale, 10 Jul 2011i am using e71 n want to upgrade phone, hv BUDGET of 15k so for what phone should I go.. E72 o... moreTo SHRIKANT KALE:
The answer is very simple NOKIA E6.
The E72 have known issues like less RAM than the E71. Some users complain that their E72 only have 28MB RAM right after the phone starts up while others say 32MB. Well surprisingly I checked out one over the weekend and there was 40MB RAM free upon start-up. Nevertheless, 40MB is still a lot less than the E71's RAM which on average gives you 70MB free RAM after start up. I own a E71 and most times I check my RAM right after turning on the phone and sometimes it's even more than 70MB, sometimes I get 73MB to work with!!!
I discovered an annoying thing with the E72 as well. The File Manager is a hassle compared to E71. With the E71 as soon as you enter the File Manager you see both 'phone memory' and 'memory card' memory side by side and you can toggle between them by pressing left or right key. It doesn't get any better than that! The E72's File Manager is a menu and you see Phone Memory then Memory Card below. If you open phone memory and decide to check 'memory card' memory, first you have to click 'Back' and then select 'Memory Card'. So you can't toggle between them, you have to click back and then select the other memory from the listing.
I can't tell you about the E5 as I have not used it yet but what I can tell you is that the screen is a downgrade. Only 256K colour compared to E71's 16.7 million colour. As GSMArena's review on the E5 stated "Low-res screen isn’t very good for browsing".
I also can't tell you about the E75 but GSMArena's review stated that the ringing volume is very low and many users have complained about the same thing too.
You said N72 mini but I think you meant N97 mini. I have never used the N97 mini ONLY the N97. So can't tell you about that one.
The E6 has the same amount of RAM as the E5 and the E6 has a faster processor not to mention dual navigation, touch or type and you get back the 16.7 million colour screen plus lots of new technology that the E5 could only dream of. So the person who suggested the E5 apparently haven't checked out the E6.
Many people (including GSMArena) sees the E6 as the true upgrade to the E71. Read the E6 review right here on GSMArena. It was published Friday June 8th.
I just love my E71 and will continue loving it.

upendra sood, 10 Jul 2011ever since i have bought this cell i feel its a mistake their push mail service is hopless sin... moreIm sori to hear that. Just wanna ask if push email is supported by your network and is 3g signal in your locality strong? I have been using my e72 since december last year and my email is very efficient, either on my carriers network or wifi. I receive my mail every day, with complete attachments and photos, and it's very fast.
