I live in the USA.

Just purchased a "Made in China" Nokia E-72 and the build quality is excellent. I also recently purchased a Nokia E52 before the E72 which was made in Finland because I thought only Finland made Nokia Phones were good, but the Finland made E52 had a very bad D-pad and I also checked on other colored Nokia E52s. SoI bought the Nokia e72 instead.

~My impressions so far...

~As soon as i got it I upgraded the Firmware from Version 31 to version 51 and the Phone responds Fantastically!
~Phone is speedy and fast
~ Battery life is Great
~Musicplayer sound quality is Excellent!
~ Its filled with a whole lot of features, tools and apps.

I love this phone coming from a Nokia E51.

The only problem is that the Speakerphone volume very low even on the highest setting. Lots of users complained to Nokia so i'm hoping that a later Firmware update will solve the Issue.

My Nokia E72 = A Great Phone.

Dont even dare to compare blackberry with Nokia! Nokia has been in the game since 1869 these guys know what they are doing no wonder nokia owns 34% of the worlds market as with uhm blackberry's pathetic 0.2% blackberry is a joke! Nokia will always been ontop, the company was established 1869 that tells you the research and experience these guys have! First cellphone was released in 1989! Blackberry was established in 1996 what do they know, nothing! Always rely on quality, build, technical support and that is nokia! E72 is a bombshell! Awesomness! Love nokia

Hey guys!I m planning to buy this phone within a couple of days.before that i had few quoetions in my mind.Does the phone hangs alot?is the phone reliable? n which is the good colour to go with?

The difference is not that big, E72 is a little faster and the software is a little newer. If you are not a mobile freak......E71 is cheaper and almost the same. The E72 is maybe more beautiful . Depends what you find important. both mobiles are top devices

yes you can send email wherever you are but this will work depending if you have wifi hotspot to your area you can access your email account by accessing setting wizard to ur nokia e72 and there you will find set up email and choose your provider wheather your account is yahoomail,gmail etc. it will set up automatically because your phone will guide you to your settings after that it will automaticxally searches for wifi spots or your network and you will start receiving and sending email.

I like features that I see the E72 has, and I particularly like the fact that one can use Skype with Nokia. I also like Blackberry curve 8900 but it does not support Skype. Apart from that, can anyone else tell me which phone is the better phone between these two. I need to decide which one to buy in the next day or two.

this smartphone is very powerful and pack with lots of features that other smartphones doesnt have. Nokia e72 is far more better,and smarter than the famous blacberry phones, it has 16million vivi color display compare to blackberry that has only 65k color display and the nokia 72 has a good camera w a 5megapix autofocus and a flashlite. Another is its os wich is the best and famous os around the s60 symbian which can download atleast all application thru its wifi connectivity and with its powerful arm800 mgz u can assure faster performance and has 10hsdpa and 2hsdpa you will never miss a thing for this smartphone everything u need as an office guy is here! The main problem for this smartphone is sometimes it hangs just like the other phones out there buts still no gadget is perfect just like us but this is a great phone ull never regret buying this phone if u are an office guy this is a great phone for u it also has gps, and optical mouse. Also it has a long battery life 4days if not using internet, and battery eating features. But my only advice to protect ur cp buy a jellycase or a capdase leather case because this phone is prone to scrathes because of its texture its made of metal and some plastick so to avoid scrathes and if u love ur phone buy a protective case thats all!
