Hi Guys n gals, i have a brand new e72 and its problem free,i just changed it after three useless e71's. The only thing i dont like is the optical key it can be a pain in the ? when dialling contacts probbably my big fingers

sound and stability is poor stay away from this device I am still not able to connect email and update to ver23.

I just bought my E72 few weeks ago and i'm facing problem with bluetooth headset problem as well.

I've been using SE G900 paring with SE HBH-DS205 stereo headset and the experience of music and calling is 100% reliable without disconnection, always a click at the clip and the music is on in instant without failing, volume control and changing track never fail also.



when i try to pair my E72 with SE HBH DS205 bluetooth stereo headset, they fail to perform like my previous SE G900:

1. always lost connection when incoming call comes when i playing music.

2.unable to change track at all.

3. sometimes, when i pick up the call, i can't hear any sound but the call was connected.

4. have to restart couple of time per day.

Then i updated my previous firmware from V21.0.24 to V23.002 but still no luck.i'm not giving up. I've read about different bluetooth stack that might cause the problem. so i have the idea to search for new bluetooth device. So, i gave a try this afternoon pairing it with my friend's motorola S9 stereo bluetooth headset and it works! i've tried it. can receive every call without failing, can change track, volume control, play/pause anytime without failing.

So, i got the idea to search for motorola bluetooth stereo headset. i don't prefer motorola s9 as i prefer it with 3.5mm jack output so that i can use my own headset. so i finally found motorola s 605. so i tested it. finally, i bought it.although the s605 is older model but it works smoothly.

Problem solved at last! happy with both of them now but i prefer to use the previous SE DS205 headset with the same 3.5mm jack as it sound better than the motorola s605 original headset.

Overall review, i would say this phone are for road warrior who need long lasting standby hour & talktime, a reliable business phone.

Camera is acceptable. not bad at all as i never expect much from any camera phone. with auto focus, able to snapshot document and send in instant thru email.

Finally Nokia changed my phone and the new one they gave me is out of any problem (especially the space bar problem)..Its working like a e72 should..its great..i love my phone..i was going to change my phone but now i wont..the phone's awesome.

I bought this phone 1st Feb 2010. Since then most the time this phone has been with Nokia care.

I will advise you dont buy this phone, better wait for some months. This has got many software issues. That does not mean u can fix by upgrading the software, bcoz upgrades are not available officially everywhere.

earlier I faced optical key issue, then space bar key issue. Space bar key issue still not solved. And its irritation when u cant type sms or browse internet bcoz space bar is needed everywhere.

Nokia call it best message phone, but they forgot to give enough consideration to keypad specially space bar.

But most importantly u should note the kind of customer you get from them after you buy the phone, its really pathetic.

This is my honest opinion about the phone.

One of the best cell phone i have ever used
1. Best email support
2. Reasonably good camera.
3. Nokia Ovi maps
4. Good music player
5. Best build quality
Its got everything i wanted from a cellphone.

Guys this is one of the best smartphones ever.I serioudly dont know whats wrong with those who comment adversely. It has a zippy processor and an awesome talktime. To add to that the camera is fairly good. Overall i've had it for 3 months and its too good a phone.

i like e72 more than e71 cause this phone have navi and i use this phone and u can view phonebokk with simcard also not like other phone,use phone memory only..

i am unable to select from e71 and e72 ? i like the looks of e71 whereas e72 is feature-rich ...what u guys suggest
