Hey! I was like one of you ppl thinking that the e72 was a great phone. I gotten it on the third day of it's release date. The first 1-2 months the phone was great. But the problem started when my facebook was not working but I let it past. After a few weeks I got the lastest update after the update my camera was not working than the batt life was less than 10hr. I got a new batt and tried it agian but the batt life was still the same. I'm going to sent my phone to nokia customer care. I think you should wait for At least 6 months before you but a new phone.

Hi guys just want to know if this is a common problem space bar on the e72 doesnt work only now and then i have to keep switching the phone off and on then it works for a while me and my 2 friends e72 is the same

Suppose the phone is in vibration mode and someone calls you., how do you STOP the vibration and put it to SILENT?!

hi e72 users!! i love this phone. i want to buy it but i hav one question....does the e72 hav notification lights or sounds when u get a instant message like a blackberry? tnx in adv.

guys,
can somebody help?
my E72 phone email setting have a trouble. i had set 3 time corporate email setting (mailforexchange) then my mailforexchange can setup anymore. there notification said that already exist mailbox even though i already uninstall previously

The E72 needs some serious updates. My E72 freezes at least twice per week. As someone else pointed out, there are times when calls come in and neither party can hear the other.
The Music Library does not accept AAC format music files, which is a major problem for me personally since about 50% of my music comes from iTunes.
Nokia Customer Service is neither knowledgeable nor customer-focused. They always seem bothered by your request for help.
I have had all Nokia phones since 1998, but I wish I had never bought this phone. I can only hope future updates will help resolve these issues. Don't know what will fix the Nokia Customer Service employees.

I believe that functionality should come first and esthetics should follow. Believe me, I worked with all three colours and this is my final conclusion. Anyway, black is not a bad colour afterall!

This is the ideal phone for those who are looking for a telephone: Long life battery, very good functions but also some internet facilities. This is not an i-phone or an HTC, this is a phone, THE PHONE.Regretfully this is the point where the ball has been lost nowadays:Many people, when looking for cell phone want to have all the functions even though they will never get to use many of them! Imagine buying a car with a GPS when you are going to drive it only in a small village of 500 inhabitands.
