Wich one is faster(i mean wich one has more amount of Ram memory) E75 or N85? exactly wich one is better?
I have had the E75 for a month now and have found no fault with the device, I moved to this phone from a 16gb Iphone so my expectations where high, I have had no problems with battey life charging my phone roughley every 2nd night.. If you are having battery life issues please take into account you may be running background apps close these and watch your battery life improve. Email set up in 3 easy steps, wifi easy to use and surprisingly i find the internet navigation to be very functional for a non touch screen all round i feel its a excellent phone .... ohh and I work in telco so I see first hand the amount of complaints and repairs a device has this has being excellent and no complaints for everyone i have sold
Just got an E75. Nice design, but I still prefer my E71 because its easier to use and has a much longer battery life. Not surprising because E71 has a lithium polymer battery while E75 comes with lithium ion battery.
nokia user, 29 May 2009i use this phone for a week,E75 is a very powerfull and good phone,E75 can support and downloa... moreHave u used all the brands u mention? I was in the habit of changing my phone every 2/3 months, I am convinced no phone can cater to all your needs. So sticking with your phone for at least a year is the best policy, if you have already bought one.
Irkan, 30 May 2009Ahhh, never saw so much fluctuating in opinions about one phone like this one. many ppl say it... moreLike I said, I hated it at first because of the battery life and poor email app. Here I am at 14:40 on Saturday and my last charge was before 08:00 Friday and I've had two long calls, a lot of email and some surfing and it sill reads only down one bar on the battery. People with short battery life might be running lots of background apps (I run about 4) or they've left wifi searching on.
As for the junky email app that comes with it, Profimail fixed that and I simply love the email. I will agree it's a bit of a fingerprint magnet, but I love the numeric keypad for quick SMS and the full keyboard for more involved things.
Ahhh, never saw so much fluctuating in opinions about one phone like this one. many ppl say its bad considering the battery life, small keypad and reception problems. other say its perfect, everything is working properly, battery life is acceptable and no reception problems.
guess i will have to experience it myself and see wither its a good or bad handset.
Dropped my E-75 multiple times, no scratches at all and nothing's gone wrong. Fit till like arnold swangsheneiger. LOL
please people don't buy this phone unless you have larger hands and your fingers are large enough to can?t operate on E71.....
The front glossy part is ,ade up of cheapp plastic which is even a fingerprint magnet and looks so cheap and the qwerty keys are so flat you can?t use them easily and the back os not goodlooking either..i am using e71 and just hold e75 for 2weeks it has half the battery time of e71 ..E71 is beat in his class with mighty battery power.
Irkan, 29 May 2009ianwar, is the upper part of the slide loss? when it is slided, do u feel it is a little loss?... moreIrakan, If you mean the metal rim, it is not loose. but if you mean the full upper part when opened there is a small movement but it is unnoticeable.
Regarding the battery life, simple use, 2 to 3 days..I need more time to get more accurate figures :)
I have been using this phone for a week now, the only down side is the battery. well if we consider that im a heavy user (surf the net whole day, msging, watching videos and listening to music) I can consider that battery life OK.
Someone is winging about the reception, I can guarantee you thats a network issue you have with your service provider, I am currently with virgin mobile (in australia) and have no reception problems what so ever.
someone was asking about the slide. I played around with heaps of e75s and all their slides are the same it kind of feels like its loose. So don`t worry about it.
I have windows live and it syncronises perfectly, downloaded messenger and facebook working awesome, no problems with the qwerty either.
IMO it is a perfect phone and i am loving it.
ianwar, 29 May 2009I bought it last week here in KSA and:
1.The reception is good.
2.The battery's life is shor... moreianwar, is the upper part of the slide loss? when it is slided, do u feel it is a little loss? like u can move it up and down?
if the Wireless scanning is off, and with medium usage, how much will the battery life last?
I bought it last week here in KSA and:
1.The reception is good.
2.The battery's life is short if you keep the wireless scanning on, the battery life is improved after the 4th or 5th recharge.
3. I tried using many applications at the same time (Music, Maps, camera and browsing) but that drains the battery and makes the back metal cover a little bit hot.
4. Great sound, Email tools and calender
5. The keys of the keyboard are very flat and i don't feel pressing them! but they are large enough!
5. Bad camera and cheap buttons on the side of the phone
6. considerably not bulky
7. Sometimes the QWERTY keyboard does not work when using it to look for a contact in the contacts list
I upgraded from Nokia 6320 so it is good for me :)
i use this phone for a week,E75 is a very powerfull and good phone,E75 can support and downloads everythings in internet..good E-mail function and support, good office support function,i'm now very liked nokia Quickofficd solfware,E75 also have a good GPS/A-GPS function, receive GPS signal is very fast..E75 is better than nokia N95 8GB,
