People, I don't beleive any one who got thr phone from Romania, I sent them Eur 522, and they informed me that their bank returned the money back to me, still waiting, that was a few days ago.
The whole thing is a SCAM.

i'll tell you this much iv had all the email exchanges between me and the romanians, seems like a scam to me. I have friends in Nokia who say it will be released offically in End July or Begining August so every one watchout!!

Damn people are getting SCAMMED here! Damn damn!!!! Oh well I work in Nokia myself and this phone is soon to be released. It is expected to be in the Emirates on June 6th. I have already ordered 30pcs as I already have 27 reservations for it!

1) those guys aren't lying
2) it's the final one, how do you think that it can be a proto since will be on market on june?
3) it's not fake, it's made in finland (it is written on the back of the phone) also it doesn't have chinese language on the phone as all the phones made in china have it!!! i had bad experience with n92 in the past and i know.
don't judge all the people because they are in a country who's on the black list. not all the people are the same.
btw: i bought it and i like the phone

according to slashphone.com (and some other websites), the very first commercial unit of E90 was sold to a rich lucky guy in Indonesia, and the rest of the units will be available worldwide in june 2007.
so, no offense, but if someone claims that he/she had the Nokia E90, it means
1) he/she lies.
2) it's only a test unit/prototype.
3) it's a fake version of E90 (usually made by some Chinese companies. Don't be surprised, FYI, those people in Chinese even manage to duplicate the Apple iPhone long before the real one exist!).

The E90 is NOT out, people, DO NOT, i repeat.. DO NOT send money to ANYONE, saying they have this phone. Those romanians are scammers. if you have already sent your money you have been frauded. You will see. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY!

The only thing ppl buying E90 NOW will get is either nothing or testing unit. In short, you will loose your money. If you want this phone simply:
a) wait until it is released
b) check reviews to see if it is what you expected
Otherwise if you really wish to waste your money I can give you my money account :D
