1020 If you love windows and also photography go for 1020 and if you are a social guy/gal and thinking of selfies and just a normal smartphone. Go for 730 it's best. And moto X... 'meh'

The best camera is undoubtedly the 1020. The interface makes it also easy to use and experiment with settings.
