with regard issues with mms you have to download the network setup app from the marketplace, allow to connect to network. After this add your own apn (can be left blank except use internet as your profile name) then save, Once saved select the original apn download initially, allow a few moments to connect then try sending. should work no prob :)

this phone supports the 42Mbps that t-mobile advertises as 4G, and it has a built-in 1700 LTE band 4 for when t-mobile actually releases a real 4G network. so yes, it's "4G".
