Does the 4.3 inch display of Lumia 820 include the "Bank button" and "Menu button" or is it excluding them?

Hey Just bought the Nokia Lumia 820 .. I am loving this Phone .. Windows UI its gr8 , its smooth ....just wanted have one question where we can find the File Manager option so that we can browse through the files of SD Card ( Internal / External ).. is there any File Manager app available in the Windows Store ???

Are you sure just gorilla glass, front facing camera and better battery deserve 8k more ?
