hello n70 users,
can anyone find the solution
i read your review in gsm arena.i bought N70 3days older,the problem is phone memory is showing 22mb instead of 30mb.i want just know what is the internal phone memory of yours (users) N70,with detail i;e (free memory + used memory)
in my N70 it is showing like this when opened memory details(mem in use is 2321 kb and free memory is 19mb while adding both it will come aruond 22mb,please tell what yours showing when opening phone memory

I bought N70 yestreday and also I have insterted 512 mb card and it works fine no problem at all it is much better phone and also menus are easy and much better orgranised then 6630 both phones are good

now it stereo player is quite effective compare to 6630 and also if u play the stereo in speaker mode the quality of sound is very much appealing and that what makes n70 a better phone and stable phone I have installed 3rd party applications also on my 512 mb card and it works fine no problem at all so u can go ahead and buy N70 any body wants any imformation please ask me I will help him

Hello, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 6630 to the N70. Any other 6630 user here who has upgraded to N70? Is the phone much slower than the 6630? Is the upgrade really worth it? (Except for the better camera of course). I was wondering if I shud upgrade now, or wait for the N80.

For music:
N70 has quite good sound quality for earphones. Bass is quite strong.
To those who have bought:
Have any of you tried to open email attachments in ur N70? I tried it. But it just jumps to the menu!! If possible, could you guys try? thnx...

If you are such a big music fan, then i guess SE K750i would be just for you. If you like smart phones then Nokia N70 is better choice. It all depends what you are looking for.....My opinion is N 70 is better phone.

N70 is a 5star to me.. Yes, it normally has its pros and cons to any model available, right? What makes this N70 unique is, it is made from the leading brand of all mobile phones, haha. And lastly, it's features makes my day even brighter... I have been waiting for this phone for a longer period of time and now I have it in my hand, I thanked myself that I did not buy SE W800i because of the absence of symbian features... But well, to those people undecided yet, please review everything and evaluate....

u know that Special Key that is Above C and below the Red button

it opens up the Gallary kinda cool :)

i owned an nokia 6630 and i replaced it with n70..and n70 its visual better at the camera,display,keypad,design and even the battery life is better..because my old 6630 more then 2 days never survieved,but n70 i recharge every 3 days in normaly use.

I also disagree with this statement "And here comes probably the most serious problem in Nokia N70. In most phones, you need to press the red key, if you want to get from a running application to the main display. In this case, however, the new Nokia does not leave the program in the background, but closes it right off instead!". I tried to browse the net and go to some page... then I press the red key and try to take picture. After that I going to the web again and the page I browse just now is still there. Just like other model. Perfect!

I read the review for N70 from this site. I am not agree with one statement: "What could be considered a disadvantage is the fact that N70 does not offer a standard use of games for the N-Gage game console. I tried two demo versions, but they refused to even start. According to various discussion forums on the net, most users experience the same difficulties. As you will be able to read a bit further in the article, these games were the main reason for the phone to have to be formatted." I CAN PLAY NGAGE GAME WITH MY N70! AND THE SHOP ASSISTANT THAT DOWNLOADED FOR ME WAS VERY SUPRISE FOR THIS SITUATION! HE SAYS HE TIED TO 6680 AND FAILED. BUT MY N70 CAN!

I think the SE fan below don't know anything about N70. I think he never see N70. He said N70 doesn't has a camera cover???????????? Surely he never look at N70 even its picture.

Nokia have 3 New N series

N80 ( Slider wid 3 Mega pix Cam )
N71 ( FLIP PHONE ) Wid 2 cams ( looks like N90)
N70-5 ( same as N70 but only 1 cam 3G less same as 6681 as to 6680 )

guys got any latest firmware upgrade ? this firmware is very slow in the performance . so far any bugs ? it is quite laggy accessing the menu and the camera is also quite laggy but it's ok after a while.

for all ur questions:
The digital cam is amazing for outdoors. Indoors not so. Great sound quality. The battery is quite long. i ran songs the whole, and it's still fine. The mp3 stops when there is a call. but it does not resume. The radio is good. The editors are quite excellent as well. And the in-built memory is 21 mb(as stated on nokia's website). Any other questions?

Finally found a decent carrying pouch :)
The Nokia CP-71, fits perfect and looks better than the ugly leather ones. you can buy this pouch on Ebay or at a Nokia Service Point.

Amazing masterpiece from Nokia. I bought mine from ebay. Well, it's great phone. I think it is nokia's best phone to date. It is the smallest and the lightest Symbian OS based 3G smartphone. It has nicely 2 megapixel camera with full range of features, the screen is crisp, Bluetooth 2.0 and a FM radio are just amazing, it has EDGE support, and it's not overpriced like Nokia N90 just because of Carl Zeiss Glass Lens... But of course nothing is perfect-the LED flash could be better and battery life is average.
