Solution- go to messaging.Go to option.Choose setting.In setting,choose 'other' setting.Select memory.Change it to the 'memory card'.After that your phone will work fine.

@Ayu_Strawberry - choose N97 because it has better specs, more recent model, a bit pricy but it`s the best
@Nabshu - it doesn`t have wireless conectivity

I have this N71 just last year & i sold it but its really a great phone,i did'nt give me any problem.it have a great features.only things is it did'nt have wifi & small 10mb internal memory but still i miss this phone.

i have been using my N71 since early 2007 and reccently it has started giving me problems.i am unable to receive or send SMS as it say's that "memory is full please delete data". kindly advise what i should do as this is causing major problems for me.

Would it be possible to use N71 without a sim but can be used for as long as the area is wifi zone? please reply....need your comment on this. Thanks
