i have a n72 but of late im faicng a problem while recording videos on this fone.The video i record plays but thn its inaudible.The nokia guy said its some antivirus ..but after installing antivirus also the same problem persisits.Any idea as to what the prob could be?

To abhineet sharma,
Try resetting ur phone. In standby mode, dial *#7370#
Or you can also try to format the phone memory by following these steps:
1. Turn off your phone.
2. Press the Green (Call/Send) key, the number "3" and the "*" (asterisk) keys simultaneously. (Do not release yet.)
3. Press and hold the Power key now. (That's 4 keys your holding simultaneously.)
4. When you see "Formatting..." in the screen, then it's the time you release.

i loaded some software ion my n-72 then it asked for reboot so i said yes but after that phone did not startede we took it to nokia care and they said the phone will take a month without checking it and the just opened the phone after that when i switch off and switch on the phone their comes a option of opening of the web when i dony close it phone reebots but by cloassing it the phone stays normal but after that now i set the alarm for 4:00am but when i found out that screen was glowing i found out that the phone hanged at 12:00am and any key was not working at all after that i remove the battery and switched on after some time after menu or phone get stuck ed and no key works at all and phone stays at that screen only please help

if you ever connected your phone ealier to the comp before & now it is not connecting the check foe deposition of carbon on the usb cabel or go to mobile manager in settings where all the softare are loaded and delete the pc suit from their and phone will get connected to the computer via usb but do not move the phone when the connection have been established and hold the mobile port with usb tighteness

This is an excellent phone. Photo Image quality, MP3, options is excellent. One disadvantage is wallet option is not their in this phone...!! Apart from this its an excellent phone.

i connected N72 with my Pc but i cant connect with my phone !! why ? Cable is Fine..
pc add new hardware N72 detected... etc.. etc..
but i can connect with nokis pc suit...
i clicked on connetion manager but no luck...
plz some1 replay

hello manoj!
this is the solutioin for you:
*switch off your phone.
*hold down key 3+ key * + gree key and switch on your phone. keep key 3+ key * + gree key held and release the turn off button. the phone will start getting formatted.
this is a master reset for your phone. then the code will be reset to 12345.

If 3G is not a big issue for you and you don't mind not having video calls, I suggest that you go for N72. It is stylish, easy to use and has a lot of good features. Plus you can find lots of applications and games compatible with N72. It is a music phone by the way!
