hi guys, i also have the phone, talking about the pics comparison between n73 & k800, i still think that n73 is better. as n73 got bigger screen and brighter display, while i have compared to k800 at the shop, k800 is sort of darker and gloomy look, am i right? and the pics is not as sharp as n73's. well, thats my opponion, why people boost so much about the k800 camera ? just dont understand? its a phone only.after all k800 cant compare to the same grade camera at all.

Good phone. I just wished it would have taken pics like the Sony Ericson k800i.I had this phone for 1 month now.I was bragging about it until my friend bought the Sony Ericsson P990i which crushed my N73.

when browsing how can i use the mouse pointer and mini map ?
*** EZ! just plug mouse into pop port or buy a b/tooth wireless mouse.


and is it possible to set a full screen wallpaper ?
*** NO not possible on NE N series fonezzz

and is it also possible to use theme's ?
*** Yes I am using da Adams Family theme as a ringtone on mine

i tested the n73 of a fren moments ago..final verdict....keypad is just too small for fast,efficient typing of sms etc. i can type sms without looking at keypad, but with n73...it is not really possible....user friendliness takes a big hit

the rest all thumbs up....although camera features are definitely 1 notch below k800......

i ve one querry for the users of n 73. does the camera cover go loose after use of few days, this was reported by gsm arena in their review.

A smartphone can download more advanced applications than non-smartphones. They are more like computers. The downside is that they also have some issues (can often be fixed with new firmware). They also tend to be slower than common mobiles.
I donīt know about the photo calling.
I donīt think the new Symbians support fullscreen wallpaper, but they do support themes.

great computer (it isnt a phone anymore ;) )
i only got a few questions

Can somebody tell me what is the latest firmware version of N73..and from where can I upgrade it. Please give me the complete steps about how to upgrade as this is my first Nokia Mobile. and it should be orginal.

No doubt camera is best among its 3.2mp competitors but camcorder is very bad (low resolution, jerks).
rest other features are best....

Great phone. Does everything and more!Very light for its size! Only downfall is the fonts are very small. Does anyone know how to make it bigger? Also beware if like myself you own a nice new BMW, it does not accept bluetooth. Again is there a way round this?

hi guys;)nice reviews.u learn more in here than u do from a nokia dealer.lol.Nice phone the N73, im lookin to buy it ive just got a couple of questions first??Can the n73 have;
full screen pic/photo for caller id??not just a little box in the corner.
Does it have 'photo graphic editor' so i can adjust my photos,eg give myself green hair & a fat twisted head/face????
Also could someone please give me a qick description on what a 'smartphone' is??& what a 'smartphone' can do that a non 'smartphone' can not. like the k800i. is it download more applications & upgrade firmware ??cant the k800i do that??im confused:( appreciate someones help please!!!!!!!!

Well I'm just about to send my 3rd one back!!
1st kept freezing up, 2nd and 3rd camera stopped working.

Sony K800i here I come.

Shame on you Nokia! Test, Test, Test, (not using us!)

n73 also comes in a white/dark brown version. the brown is extremely dark, almost black

hey ppl
1st of all i ll like to thank ANATHAEMA. i was encountering freezing and re booting when receiveing call problems. and it was becoming severe day by day in last 1 week.
Anathaema suggested to switch off 3D ringtone, and after doing that in last 24 hrs, none of the two problems has occured. infact i was suppose to return the phone today, but now i think i ll not have t return the phone.
3D ringtone is of no importance to me, and i m ok to switch it off. with out these problems, i just LOVE this phone. guys this is the best cell at the best rate....

can some one tell where can i get some softwares for this cell....
