I'm so sad. My N73 just died during the firmware upgrade. Why? cos the cable came loose and it blackout... No matter how I on it, it just won't switch on just like the warning given on the upgrading page that cable disconnected will cause severe damage to the phone... Very unlucky. And guess I had no choice but to send it for servicing.

Can anyone tell me will there be any cure?
If not I have to buy the black version N73 or should wait for N95???

I feel like crying...

This is very good phone, but night mode camera is not so good in compare white Sony Ericsson K800. General, very good phone!!!

Hi guys!! can anyone tell me how loud is the speaker of this phone?? coz i like this phone.. but i don't know if the speaker of this phone is loud.. can anyone tell me pls??

i need help! I hv two N73. Both were having firmware V 2.628. I have just done firmware update yesterday. However, one shows 'update successfully' v 3.0638 ; the other one shows 'no update found', remain old firmware. what should I do now???

The N73 is an excellent phone but like all N series phones it has it's quirks. As the phone is like a computer it is a little slow opening some applications. It takes great photos and the screen is crystal clear. Get the N73 or wait for the N95 coming out next year.

what about it's video player?because i found that symbian phone cannot play video in good quality(fast and clear)...how about this phone?any improvment?

im trying to trade my n70 to n73...because my n70 is just a pain in the ass.delayed tx messages even signal bars are displayed. i cant even send and receive text messages properly... i have it done in nokia but nothing happened. i want to make sure that the n73 does not have the same problem...

The moment it has been launched in india, i bought N73 without checking the music quality. To my surprise i Found the music quality is very low in terms of volume through headset and i Returned back the handset to the shop. For the money i have paid i feel it is not that much worth, inspite of having all the other features like good camera and screen. When compared to N80, N93 and N71 i feel the sound volume is very very less in this handset. Can anyone clarify why this has happened

hi i just got this phone today...
i have one question:::
can i choose my ringtone thats on the memory card for the profile, thru the profile menu... or could i choose my mp3 file for the alarm while the files are on the memory card?? i had to move every mp3 file to the phone but i wanna leave everything on the memory card cuz i bought a 1GB memory card.
Any help with this matter is appreciated thank you..

Today i received a mail from Nokia Customer Care India,to my utter shock the cost of Nokia N-73 ME is given as Rs29,059/- and also stated that it is available in India.
Do anyone heard the same cost??

This is really a good. There are no problems. I have 2 target. My first is the n91 8gb, and second is the n73 music version 2gb. I think i should buy the n91 8gb. It really rocks!!

Hey pals why all the attack on me !!! i saved for monthes for that fone and was expecting a mercedes!! in the first day the fone restarted 2 times then it kept slowing down gradully ..after a couple of weeks it freezes !! returned back to nokia they said leave it for a couple of weeks !!!! really i got mad real mad and sold it in the same day !! ...tried a new brand the k800i ..and it was perfect and stable ... so r u with me or not ... i think i wasn't wrong guys ...byeee

i think thats one of the functions of the flash of the phone. it has a light sensor and when it takes a photo in low light it automatically uses the flash. im not 100% sure though.

a really good phone. the only problem i had is with the flash. even if the flash mode is of there still a little light when i shot. can i do sth about that? thanks

Maybe you got a defect product? It can happen with mass product. But if you buy in officially shop with guarantee,they must solve that problem for you.

Yes, like other friends said, we can compare N73 and K800 only for the same features that they have, like camera, music quality, connectivity etc.

The difference is also clear, N73 is a smartphone while K800 is not.

I'm personally choose K800 if I don't use/need smartphone. But if you need that you may choose, but also you must accept the consequence.

So no best phone for all of us, it's individually taste and need.

sorry i cant help you with this one. i've also downloaded themes in my n73 but i never experienced your problem. anyway try updating your software. maybe that would help. have faith with the phone cause once the problem is fixed you'll have a great phone.
