wow! display is the best in market coz you can watch it in the veiw angel 160' much like the tv screen.
Im actualy a bit undecided between this and N82, what im thinking is that i should get an N82 since it has a Graphics Processing Unit with the OpenGL1.1 Plug-in and there are currently a lot of Games being released separetly from Ngage that have 10times better graphics and only N82, N93, N93i, N95 and N95-8Gb support these. So if you're going to be doing a lot gaming i think avoid this and get a N81 or the OpenGL phones ive mentioned above.
This phone does have DNLA, meaning you can stream content to a supported device like a PS3 or Xbox360. IMO it doesn't need TV out when it has this feature.
@ jen, tsepz and dan have basically said everything. the n95 8gb and n82 dont have much difference. when you compare them to the n78, you wont be able to pick a winner because they are all stronger in different areas. it all depends on what you want. photographers should pick n82. musicians should pick n78, while those who love watching videos should pick the n95 8gb.
@ jen, the n95 8gb is just the same as the n82. the only difrence is that n95 8gb has a bigger screen, 8gb memory (but no card slot) and the n82 has the xenon flash. otherwise they are exactly the same.
its a nice mobile phone, you will get all things whatever u want in your phone.its a computer.
Better go for the coming 6220 classic, smaller, lighter, TV Out, video VGA 30fps, big keys, 5 Mpix, xenon flash...but screen a bit smaller and no Wifi. Cannot have it all !
yuk yuk yuk yuk yukky!!! looks like a cheap cover has been put onto the phone to make it look different.
penalty against nokia, for dropping the ball!!
I think its looking better with an atractive colour and about features its also good as compared to n73 and n95 , n81 thanx.
It depends, N95-8GB has a bigger screen, 8gb storage built-in, Motion Sensor (Accelerometer) and TV-Out. If you don't need all of the above then get a N78 and buy a 8GB Memory card for it.
hi everyone, i have some cuestions.
somebody know if this phone has Active screen mode? and, i can o not connect directly one headphone of 3.5mm jack? thanks a lot.
Tnx again mike.. now, with your such a good opinion.. :P ..I'm now confused which one will i buy between n78 or n95 8gb..I have a budget to buy n95 8gb..but, the n78 is good in all areas.. now..i need your advise which phone must i buy...which one is better and quality wise?? tnx in advance..
I totaly agree, and with the reasonable price tag its going to come with it realy has raised the bar the Multimedia phones, its going to be a VERY strong competitor. I keep thinking of getting this instead of N82 and N95-1. Its a real all in one device, i just wish it had TV Out.
hey dudes can some1 plz tell me what does 'navi wheel' mean thanx
Yay... according to this site http://phonereport.info/2008/0...ed/#more-679 N78 is released 7th May, less than a month, can't wait!
I personally do not use the speakers much so the n82 speakers are ok for me. What matters is the music quality of the phone through the earphones. The n82 doesn't have bass and is not loud.
The 5700 is not loud as well, but has some nice speakers and earphones.
The n78 is supposed to excel in music quality. Its actually supposed to be an upgrade of all the basics of a multimedia phone; things like good battery life, good music player, good camera, good GPS function, good weight, n-gage platform, e.t.c.
This is where it derives its strength from. That is why it is causing such controversy with the high-end features such as the n82.
The features on the high-end phones are good but are strong in some areas, but weak in others. In the n78, they are all strong.
Here is a link to the review of the Nokia n78
tnx mike. very thankful for that answer...tnx men... :P I ask you that because im worried about n82 speaker's sound quality.. but now, you say that it's good enough but lack in bass.. anyway.. overall, are you satisfied in the n82 speaker's sound quality? tnx in advance...
