Has any body else had issues with the backlight and power saver timers not holding to the set time period. I have had 3 N78`s now and all of them have this fault. Also with the loudspeaker not working, the phone says hand set activated

Hey, anybody knows how to disable sleep mode in N78? I want the screensaver to show the date/time/missed calls/missed sms etc. Can't seem to do it. =/

n78 current firmware is not STABLE.
When nokia release a new one the n 79 will be released.
And i think it is more beautiful lighter 5mega pixel auto focus camera, more compact i think it's better.
Do whatever u want dude.

yo, wazup everyone. I used to own a nokia 6120, abd i realy loved that phone specialy its features and you can do a lot of stuff with it, however my fon got damaged and i believe its erepairable, so i have to move on. I have my eyes on the n78, do you think its that good of a fon or can u suggest me another. I also am interested in the rockr e8 of motorola. please give me your thoughts on this, i would really appreciate it if you'll pose something about my query. and to ol the pips who needs s60v3 softwares, just tel me i have loads of them.later

N82, N95 & N95 8GB got dual CPU Type: ARM 11 - CPU Clock Rate: 332 MHz.

Are u sure N82 have dual processor? how come it is not written in the specifications of N82.

Dual cpu is no more an advantage because :
N85 and N79 both have single cpu ARM 11 369MHz.

n82 is 332 MHz X 2 = 664 MHz processor. Same as N95 & N95 8GB.

ei guys! just wanna ask regarding its wi-fi. i tried connecting my n78 to a wireless network. it connected but when i tried browsing the web there's an error message about no reply from gateway. what will i do? pls help. thanx!

surprisingly , n78 has better processor than n82.
n78 is 369 MHz processor
n82 is 332 MHz processor
better processor , better performance, just like computer. i prefer n78 , cheaper , haha

but i do want to mix it,
frankly speaking the one i have is black-blue variant.
i prefer the black in the front, as it looks more elegant but want the white ones as the back cover. its more like black and white mix. :)
btw, black brown variant also looks very attractive, too bad i cant have the brown ones as it was all sold out when i bought my N78.
