Great Features like Radio Transmitter, its the best experience.

Also the overall speed and data transfer is good but sound is not high at speaker but clear.

Appearence is very much satisfied.

Yep, N78 is a nice device for those who dont require the N82's camera, xenon flash or GPU, bt just a nice allrouder. Its pricing realy doesn't make sense though, it should have been much cheaper than a N82.

The N78 is clearly a very sophisticated device. Anyone contemplating buying it might be advised to wait several months. The price will drop and prospective buyers will be able to compare it with the forthcoming N79. Besides, for anyone wanting this device for photography, at present, unless Feature Pack 2 is clearly required by the user, at the current time for the same price an N82 can be purchased.

N78 doesn`t have smileys neither games preinstalled. You can download them from Mosh site, for example.
The lightning you see is called `breathing` and you can disable it doing this: Menu - Tools - Settings - General - Navi Wheel - Off.

Can anyone of Nokia N78 users COMPARE it with Nokia N73 in outlook, display quality, actual working speed/ Menu speed, Multitasking capability, MUSIC quality, BATTERY life? Does symbian 9.1 soft work on this device? Thanks in advance.

Where are the smiley's for the texts and where are the free games ohh and when in stand-by mode - ie lights off keyboard locked, why does the navi key flash every 20 seconds or so???

anyone know?? please help other than that its okey dokey ;o)

The camera of n82 is very good...the colours look just great, i have never tried taking a picture at full zoom so wont be able to tell you about that...as per the sound quality is concerned its strictly ok..nothing great in fact the music out of the loudspkear is not at all impressive ..ear phone was its just ok..but having said that n78 doesnt sound good as well...and besides n82 has tv out option which n78 hasnt got..i mean you click a picture or you record a video ..and you can see them on your tv via the supplied cable...
so i wld suggest you go for n82 is you are looking for camera but if you are looking for some good music then no this aint the phone...but i wont suggest n78 as well

hey how come i cant get the software to install n-gage from the n-gage website pre-loaded in the phone? is it the software is still not ready for n78?

this is probably the ugliest looking nokia ever...man it looks like it has been made out of some cheap chinese plastic...though it has dual speakers but they come on where close to that of n73 or even 6110 for that matter..

the interface is fast enough (thanx to the nippy 369 mhz processor).The screen is good...
but i reckon at the same price when you can get a n82 which am using now ...i see no sense that one should settle for this phone...
for those of you who are interested in the review of n82 kindly let me know...

hey wake up!!!! n78 doesn't have 69mb ram but 96 ram!!! and this difference is not significant because 96mb of n78 is enough. you will never get full this ram!!! processor is more important!!! the speed of the phone depends of the processor!!! read reviews!!!! and don't talk things that you don't know.
