I'm sorry to disagree with you, but at over 400EUR these can't be considered mid-range phones.

Another thing, you say that the only difference with the n78 was the camera. What was wrong with the n78? Not too much. Smape.com praised it, and so did many other reviewers. The diffences btw the n78 n n79 are better construction, better audio quality, better camera, tv-out, full n-gage support with 10 game demos, xpress on coverys n protective lens cover. Thats quite a number.
Youre saying that Samsung SE and LG are coming up with new features? What are they? 8megapixels? Thats just an upgrade of a feature. Nothing new. At least SE also had a go with the fm transmitter.
I can have n85 lock heads with the almighty Samsung i8510 and there would stil be a hard time choosing between the two.
The innov8 has a bigger screen, bigger internal memory, tv receiver and a better camera. But the n85 fights back with AMOLED screen, fm transmitter, dedicated music and gaming keys, full n-gage support with 10 demos + a license for one game, less bulky, over 24hours of music playback and is cheaper by over 300 euros.
So if u were disappointed by the two handsets, too bad for you. These phones are meant for the midrange market. If your not satisfied, go and complain elsewhere.

"N79 displays almost the same specifications and measurements with N78, but its cam was upgraded to a 5 Mp unit originating from N82 (the same thing minus the xenon flash). The rest of the features are shared: a similar hardware and software platform (ARM 11 368 MHz S60 3.2), an FM transmitter, the same sound quality, comparable battery life, the same battery unit, so on and so forth. That's basically an N78 with an upgraded cam, no other major changes in any other field. It's up to you to see whether a price difference as large as 100 euros is justified by the beefed up cam."
Im just dissapointed bro.. and by the seems of things i aint the only one.

Absolutely stunningly beautiful.Perfect on every aspect. I would love to own one and bring it around. Anyhow, still too expensive and would probably wait for it to have a price cut before purchase. 6233 ROCKS!!!!!

However, the n79 comes with improvements that are pure facts, not trivia. Furthermore, it is not a cameraphone, it is an allrounder. If it was a cameraphone it would also have received a xenon flash.
So don't you say that the n82 is better just because you don't want to admit that the n79 has more tricks up its sleeve. There is a long list of things it can do that the n82 cannot.
Furthermore im not the only one who thinks so. Check this link as there is a comparison of the n79 and n82. It clearly states that the only thing that the n82 has over the n79 is the xenon flash. Otherwise n79 is better on all fronts!

i dont noe wat u ppl are on about
maybe buy the n82 and use it
then ull see
the camera is the best ive played with the 95 8gb and c902
the n82 camera kills them all
and it looks better!

give me a camera phone that does what its name imply's...once again..surely one would pick the n82.
