when my n81 got complain on its upper slide keys i visited on nokia care but they says they cannot solve that complaint what will i do pls tell me

Its nice big phone.But please help me..
1.]secondary camera is not starting .its says restart and try.
2.] how do i change the menus or navigation keys on home screen?
3.]Even i dont know how to insert smileys in SMS-whether this phone supports smileys ??
4.]I have lost in-built games how do i reinstall ??
5.]There is no auto-tuning in Radio
6.]I have taken Backup on this phone, tell me what things are taken backup and how do i restore this on any other phone ?

it's da bestt music phone ever made by any company....
it's sound in da headphones is mindd blowingg and also pretty good in loudspeakers.......
it sounds much much better & softer then da music sensation nokia n91 & APPLE i phone's too....,
seriously bcz music's not it's not abt about loudness man! ,It's more about enjoying the music by quality & softness.....
hat'ss off to nokia for making this awesome music phone....juss luv itt....

i have been have been using the n8 for about a year and a half.it is a fon that really disappointed me.the cam is poor,buit quality iz poor,navi wheel worked for abt 6 monts,hangs very often. don no y nokia came up with such a cheap fon. i have been using my e51 as secondary fon. thiz iz realy a gud fon sleek and thin.itz any damn day beta than n8. i purchased n8 and wasted my money.hope nokia doesnt cum up with such cheap fones.

This phone has the same problems as the N96. It's built very cheap. But then look after it well and it will last.

ithe only defect is that the keypad of upper slide damages... its becomes very hard to operate the phone, even sometimes when i just touch he key.. the key got pressed... :(
can i find its original keypad form anywhere...
my location is dubai :(
