n81 iz a gr8 phn..using it for more than 3 yrs nw..n never had aany problem wid it....
camera's nt good..9both day n night)...but sound and display r gr8...luv using it.....
n for the battery prob..just make ur brightness very low....
the battery lyfe will increase....voice clearity iz also nice....
lov usin it.

sound clarity good. But battery not good. Net also fine. And less stock of battery. What should be to get battery life long time.

i have used n95, n86 and sony walkman series
but this completely rocks/............its processing speed is awesome....love to had this

I love this phone... camera not so good but sound clarity is good.its speakers too loud & great..m happy to using this phone....

This phone is the bumb, I love the wide screen, large keypad, WLAN, and direct music botton. But the carmera should have been something like 3.15mega pixel or thereabout. All in all, its a great machine

where to start where to end. I've had more den 7diff phone's which were were always top of da range but da nokia n81 8gb is da best. No its beta den best, although i do admit da camera is not 2fab but its k. Oh n i do wish dis phone had doc viewer lyk power point etc but we cant hav every thing can we. I'm gona upgrade not sure which phone 2take but i'm keeping this one too. Cant live widout it. Honestly, its da best phone i've eva had. Thanks to whomeva created da nokia n81 8gb gr8 job... ;-)

i've bought mine the first month it got released, i payed about 670$ or so for it, still have it till now, using the v10 software, never been updated, and it works really good, dropped it like a thousand time, the screen cracked so i had to get a new one, camera could have been better, but i don't us it that much,
as for the sound, it's superb, i even stopped using my ipod,
the keypad is noisy, each button u click makes noise, but it can still handle my supper fast typing :)..
and they should have made the 8gb version with a card slot for extended memory...

Nice phone.. Nice memory. But sliding belt or flex problems. very poor camera. 2MP. Y not 3.12MP. Or Juz 3MP. Juz dat nokia cant Juz give you all best in one.

i have mine, i really looove this phone because of memories ive had with this baby, tee hee.
ok off with my verdict. this is a regular nokia phone, and by regular i dont mean its bad.
the only thing bad for me is the camera. POOR . full of noise, and the picture came out pixelated. disaster. the sound is also very good, at the rate.it is fast, no fuss. 8/10 at the time i bought which is about 2007/2008.
but as we all know that nokia is best at its versatility, this one delivers it well. the keypad still support me to type fast, and though n81 is a slider phone it doesnt made it fragile. clumsy me i tend to dropped this phone more than 50 times, it is still intact. intact refers to its sliding mechanism, of course.the rim is chipped at many places due to numerous falling to the ground.it still doing good til this very second (been having it for about 3yrs til now)
