I dont' think we should hate, nor dislike nor loathe a cellphone unit because of defects or something sjust wrong with the phone. It is about the features and/or specifications of the cellphone that matters and this phone, having a xenon flash really...

I'm sorry to tell you, but you just got a Lemon! Seriously though, there are just defective products everywhere and mobile phones are no exception. "I never had a defective product yet(knocks on wood)" Good luck with your new device.
