I tried N82 and it's a great phone for everything except for music.
If you're into music you should try out N91 or Moto ROKR series.

this phone is the baddest phone alive but i had problem with is bt broke wont turn on got a new one but the screen is discolorfication on it now sending me a new one i hope this time it will be flawless i am hoping

candy ,,every internet site you see in your laptop can be seen on the n82 except for a few things
remember the n82 screen is small and you will have to do some scrolling at some point,,,
if you wish to play video embedded in a website some may not play due to being an odd codec and if you are not connected to a 3g signal live streaming will not be possible,,
the opera browser renders website to fit the small screen and often wap versions of websites are available for e.g. www.itn.co.uk can be replaced with wap.itn.co.uk.

Did U use both N82 & K850i, or just saying without any proof. I would say it again, there are many comparison with these 2 phones. Did U ever read one?? I’ve read many many many many. In every case N82 is far better than K850i. In camera N82 beats K850i in many cases but not all. In the end N82 is far better phone than K850i.

I've the same opinion with siva.. If u looking for great camera phone, K850 is better. There's no doubt to put youre choise on it.. Extraodanary quality picture from cybershot n xenon can be resulted by K850, so N82., I don't think so..

In todays scenario, the N82 is the most feature intensive multipurpose phone. The camera, GPS, connectivity all features are excellent at a very good price too.

Hi , I have a little problem with the internet browsing. When i open my hotmail inbox , a message appears asking me to allow cookies even though the cokkies have been allowed and thus im unable to chek my emails... does anyone know how to solve this issue? THX

The N82 when is working is great but unfortunately my cellphone is not working after about 6 weeks! It's problem begin about 3 weeks ago. and after one week it begin crash and restart some time. last week I found if I remove the memory it work fine, so I do it till buy new memory card but from last day, it begin crash and restart again. and today morning it crashed and did not start working anymore.
I asked my friends that have n82 and they report similar problems. One of them said me you need to restore firmware again and so I will lost all contacts on my phone :-(
I suggest any one to buy N95 instead of this phone.

it is a diff phone from another....
and the SE camera isn't equal to n82 it is worse lol

If you mean can i use my n82 as internet modem you can via usb or bluetooth,,BUT be warned someone on news recently got £4000 bill or more because he used his fone for internet like that and it broke the contract for use as a modem it was only meant for web browsing on his mobile fone not for allowing his laptop to get internet access..
I have n958gb and after many vista updates got it to sync with my laptop and it was easy to just select connect by usb n95 and start browsing,,i used no software at all just plugged in n958gb selected modem on n958gb and vista installes all the drivers and said device ready for use,,HOWEVER,, after hearing the story i stopped immediatly..
THerefore i would strongly ask your mobile fone network if you can use your fone in this way because voda charge about £4.35 a MB and with an unlimited data plan you get 120 MB so you would get a bill of £500 as an example instead of the £7.50 bill so check..
WHERE i live 3g is not available but it is 100 yards in each way so i am in a black spot yet in town center is hsdpa but i fail to see it working and get faster data d/load speed using gprs..It seems to go to 3.5g but it trys to connect using a second connection indicated by 2 arrows on the symbol but speed is variable and no faster than gprs and somtimes just disconnects and then downlods a chunk then a bit more nearly 30 seconds later its weird.
I may have buyer for n958gb its too big and screen should be vga

Well i get my n82 wednesday and did have k850i but sold it because had problems with software with three repairs,,kept activating voda live on the touchscreenso had to lock keys all the time and d-pad made thumbs sore..
Video record is passable but pixelly on k850i but photos good if taken correctly but no .sis apps etc and auto rotation is bad at times,,so sold k850i..
City link do carfone deliverys and last time arrived 2.30pm so may be at work when it arrives then get home and little mess about before giving it a good charge..

this phone would be the perfect phone and would sell a hell of a lot more if so idiot in nokia didn't put the buttons so close together, its not a real big phone but to big for most woman would like, so its mostly men who have it,and they thought it would be a good idea to make the buttons small and close together, who ever let that get through the product line wants sacking, this phone could of been an all time get and best sell if it wasn't for the button, me and my 4 mates want this phone and we have all had it the 4 mates have sent it back for that reason, where i haven't because i need the good video and flash and mp3 as ring tones and text messages and this is the only one on the market that does it.

It is after all a very good phone, i see here there are good and bad opinions after carefully reading what you all say i bought it and i can say for sure it s the cheapest smart phone at the moment and i could say maybe the best depending on your needs, flawless just my opinion ;)
