to eagle_oso who posted the comments about the n95 and the n82 been ugly duckling or a brick you my be right then said you are going 2 buyin d SE k850i or LG viewty well sorry to say i've have them both and have sent them both back so i'm buying the n82 and these are the reasons why... LG Viewty locks up all the time and worse of all the flash is rubbish the led lights on the nokias n95 n73 n80 etc work a lot better, i want my phone for photos when i'm out in night clubs and the LG viewty flash does work, your better taking a photo on it and set the iso to 800 and don't use the flash in the dark and it will take a better picture in the dark than using the flash plus when you switch off the phone or use the front camera it swops all you setting back down from 5 mill and fine to 1 mil and basic and you have to go all through the phone again setting it up again, its a pain when you are thinking you are taking good quality photos but it swopped it back down to 0ne mil just for clicking or touching something by mistake and as for the k8501 where to start!! buttons why to small if you have an kind of small nail you can't press the buttons you hit the back of the phone before the button get pressed down then the flash lol what a joke now don't get me wrong it takes a brillant photo but when you take a photo they turn out bad because when you hold the the phone your knuckle goes near the flash which is not a prob but next to the flash there a small pin hole, now when your knuckle gets near that! near it not over it, it effects the flash strengh so it take a bad photo evey time because you forget its there so you end up taking every photo twice because the first one you for get to move your knuckle, you look on forums on how many people have sent there phone back or say it takes a bad photo and it doesn't it just because your finger is near that pin hole, who ever design the phone and thought it would be a good idean to put it there wants slapping lol,and if you look in you phone box it came in when they send the phone you will see they have put a 3 inch square piece of paper telling you how to hold the phone when taking a photo lol as a after thought because they have realized they have make a mistake on the design of the phone and last but not least the buttons 2 and 5 which are in the centre are out of line with the rest of the buttons so you can't text fast? very bad design, so good luck with that because i'm buying the ugly ducking the n82 at least the camer will work ok with the new xenon flash.

it was very stupid from nokia to make phone looking like that. I is 99,9% SonyEricson just have a look at it!!! I had n95 n93i n73 but i will never buy such a ..... designed toy

I've read ppl asking whether they should buy the n82 or the n95...
its like u r askin whether u should buy an ugly duckling or a brick?

come on guys, dis fone looks like s***.
d top part (till the keypad) looks like n73, and d bottom part looks like a SE k550i.
Nokia is out of design making ideas.
Now, they hav started copyin designs and features (xenon flash).
On top of it, all nokia fones hang n hav software problems (except 3310,3310, 1100 and d likes) n also a poor battery life...
Guys, get real!
I m buyin d SE k850i or LG viewty.
Good luck 2 all d guys buyin dis fone n pray to God dat they keep releasing new firmwares to solve problems.
By that time, Nokia will release 10 new fones which hang more!!
Keep Rockin n think b4 buyin...

I got this phone yesterday... It was so cool.. I used n73 b4 this and i found out that the shutter button is abit smaller in this n82.. but by the way its a cool phone...

i bought this phone a week ago. and till now the phone hasnt shown any lag or any problems. the battery stays quite long and the camera is very good and take pictures even when it is pitch black and right now iam using a 8gig card and no problems but a friend of mine informed me that even you can use upto 32gig card in this phone and it wont affect it. aint that sweet. i guess this is the best phone nokia has released upto date.

I don't care if the Voting results is low, this phone have the best features ALL-in-ONE phone up to date.
For me Voting results should be:
Design: 8.2
Features: 9.3
Performance: 8.9
Nokia is by far the best cell company right now!

nokia n95 8gb has music and video device and nokia n82 has better imaging device. maybe that will help you decide which one to buy now

own N95 n N82, all i can say that N82 has a slightly advantage over N95. Better camera due to the xenon lite, loads faster (no lag)
n for those sms freak, its easier coz u don need to keep sliding the phone unlike N95

is this is the best phone ever?? u guys, look, the interface is still the same dude...don't u all bored?? u all need changes here...you all should see sony ericson flash menus on youtube...its awesome...great animation menu...but nokia features is really good...that is for sure...

To all,
I've had this phone for well over a month now in Sweden!!! Phone is sweet... No lag and it opens pretty much all website. I've even replied to you via my N82 here and this is quite a picture intensive site so all non nokia users can your phone browse this site and post???? I also have and e61i and w850i N80 and this is the most fastest symbian interface phone I've ever had.
Camera is amazing and can take pictures in pitch dark....sweet!!!
GPS is fast. supports 3rd part GPS like google maps
open all documents if you buy the software then you can edit them too
the music load thru my Sony DRBT-50 (bluetooth) and with a decent pair of headfones. Sorry to say but this kicks ass with the SE walkman line, the 8 band EQ is a treat.
I have a 8 gig card in mine so I won't be running out of memory soon.... also it can handle upto 32gig high capacity card. I got this info from a friend of mine at Nokia who said that they have tested this and is capable of using this HC card without lag.... Now that is sweet. enough space for music, pics and documents.
What can I say the crem-del-la-creme or swiss army phone. has all you need. only thing is that I hope they release a high capcity battery.
And to the pinoys!!! English please!!!

i got my N82 last night it's very very OK but the Dpad is even worse than the N73's joystic. The worst dpad i've ever seen on earth. Please nokia make a dpad of N95 and keypad of E65 when releasing the update version of N82.

Bought it becoming 3rd n my city at exorb price 700$. Fed up within a week same firmware ver 20 recent on N95 updated purely metalic dull finish the switch on cam is trash eventually become loose. The entire design is minus but firmware at par. N81 looks better without plastic 100%.The classic N73 SE pearl white is best still on alln fronts. worth 300$ and still would sell if body comes n Red

i want to buy this phone but there are still still alot of issues regarding N-series... it has a great camera that is why i chose this over the k850... is it really worth buying? i like good cameraphones and this one looks perfect but what is more important to me is the over all quality of the phone.
