can any one tell me if this nokia n82 has video call or not??..it's already 3g as mentioned, but @ nokia official site they said "no video call"
which phone produce better videos at night ? Is it n82 n95 or n958gb. And that is in terms of noisiness. I use 5700 and n73 and at night there red and blue lines and dots all over the video. How ever w800i and k800i has no lines and dots in night vids. Please help.
can't wait till April im getting the black n82 so many happy people with it. can't go wrong with nokia hurry up April.
I have both the G800 and the N82.
As much as i enjoy the G800's design, optical zoom, feel, convenience, and comfort of the keypad, i would definitely choose the N82.
For starters, i appreciate the Wi-Fi capabilities of the N82, up here in Canada, i could not connect to my company's 3G connectivity, so WLAN became the only way i could connect to the internet. I enjoy how the N82 pictures take up less room then the G800's. An average N82 picture is about 750kbs, whereas the G800's pictures are about 2.2mbs. Although the memory difference, N82's pictures are still better in many aspects. The video recording capabilities and the flash of the N82 are better then the G800's BY FAR, G800 doesn't even come close. To top it off, the N82 has a symbian device, a smartphone, lol that speaks for itself.
I would buy n82 over Samsung because firmware updates r quicker n Samsung not as experienced in symbian os etc etc n Samsung only copying not creating
gr8 phone. . .. if i put a 8gig card will it run slow or hang??????????????
I am using this phone for almost two months. I LOVE my nokia. All I need is all-time internet connection. The best phone ever (for me). Still surprising me
What's worse, output volume via headphones is also poor... everything below 80% volume is almost totally quiet
What's the problem Nokia?
Why the camera has been vastly improved and the music has NOT ?
I heard that the loudspeaker is low and the sound from it is very soft,,,, but is it in that bad area to make me not to buy the phone or it is in accepted area and do the job,,,,,please help
this is nice phone i like it more but i have little bugdet to buy it
I just got mine, and i have been exploring this gadget for a day or two now, and i have found at least two things who are not working out of the box, Internet tv, and mapping up network drives, perhaps the latter is impossible, wich is stupid, and i guess with some upgrades and some googling ill get web tv up and running. Video calling is much better than on N73 (wich Nokia gave me my money back for after 1 year of problems) well basically, everything is upped a notch from N73. For now i like this phone very much. And the price is pretty low. (300£ in Norway) And compared to any other smartphone i've tried, its FAST!!! :)
comparing it with my previous one - N73 ... this phone has the following addvantages:
very good video recording quality
very nice and powerful WLAN
but, N-73 has louder speakers , and for surprise better photo quality ....
I prefered N-82 over N-95 as there no sliding joints ... and the battery stands more than that of N-95
finally, Sound is accepted, video recording is great and WLAN so powerful ... it's a great phone
Yes it has office document viewer and it has photocall. I have watched movies on the phone and had no problems. I just can not use my lap-top's internet on my phone via usb. Is this possible?
can you guys tell me is there videocalling, couse it doesn`t say in the features???
i wonder if it's screen big enough to watch a movie with it ,i mean without getting eyes problems
answer me pls
IMO the black one looks cooler, but I would rather keep the side case if im gonna change my case to black, it adds more accent to the phone.. peach n'love!
The black version will be released on April here in the philippines.. no document viewer, but it has a Adobe reader preinstalled in mine.. ciao!
Is this phone has a office document viewer? Is the black color version now available in the philippines?
I have been using the N82 for almost 5 months now. I should say, IT'S A GREAT PHONE.
There's just one thing that's worrying me. Ironically it's the camera!
I agree in still imaging and closeup and portrait pictures it's almost as good as a any digital camera in details. But what about the areas outside the focus box? especially in a group photo?
Have anyone noticed the excessive stretching or distortion in the images/faces towards the periphery? Although this is seen in any camera to some extend it's little more than i can bear in the n82, compared to some lower standard camera phones.
What do you all silver snappers feel about this??? or is it only me???
