Hi all i wanna know the auto rotating picture in the n82 is working or its not true ??????
I want to modify my previous post with regards to N82's display wherein i mentioned that N73's display is better.
After a week of using my silver snapper and doing a detailed comparison against N73's display by looking at pictures with the same quality, my conclusion is:
> N82's display is sharper, color is natural (the color of your subject is identical to its display, thanks to 16M colors) and looks warm in the eye cause its brightness is not so intense. But i'm still hoping that future firmware upgrades will improve its brightness a bit.
> N73's display is very bright but not sharp. Pictures don't look natural and colors are incomparable to the subject.
In other words, N82's display is acceptable at the moment and now i can finally say it is better than N73. Upgrading its brightness a bit would be perfect for me.
does N82 support microSDHC?
i want to use 8GB microSD if i use this phone
Here the N82 in white:
but where can you see them? do you have any website or links? I want to see the black and white pictures of n82.
the nokia N82 will be available in black and white on Feb 15 this year, but i already have the titanium one, however, i dont regret anything, coz its so unique that its the only phone in titanium color, i love it. Black and white look cool thoug
you kidding? N82 has the best D-pad of all nokia phones, here's a tip, dont press the D-pad with the tip of your finger, just the whole thump on it, its the most comfitable
The N82 doesn't have a pen button, but you wont miss it that much, trust me i'm using one, its the best phone
I liked it so much, looks modern and stylee phone but there is no pen bottom !!
light and has a good camera ... where is the pen bottom ?!?!?! :(
No word on a Australian as such, only that on the Nokia Australia website it states coming soon. Maybe you should contact Optus or Vodafone here in Australia as they have dates for future releases.
I live in Sydney Australia and I bought my model from Hong Kong and it works perfectly here, the only draw back is that it comes with a Hong Kong genuine Nokia phone charger but I was given an Australia adaptor so thats ok. I've sinced found out i can use the same Australian charger that they have for the Nokia Navigator. The GPS works properly as well as it has Australian maps already installed. The Nokia N82 is a great choice if it's something thats going to suit YOUR needs, I recommand it highly,
If you can afford to buy the mobile outright, then I would suggest to buy it off ebay for a good price. There's a shop on ebay called zzit (i think) that has it for AUD$599 + AUD$49.95 postage, I had my mobile in my hand in 2 working days and that was sent from Hong Kong.
I guess eventually it would come out a plan here but you'll be looking at sometime I guess b4 it is released here.
this is my point! this is how Nokia makes their Business! theirs always 1 drawback in their phones but then thats how they make the business
why in hell does nokia destroy such a awesome phone like n82 with it horrible d-pad(joystick)....you press the wrongs buttons all time when you use the d-pad....why ??? why ???
i should easily go for the n95 8gb........
The best phone ever!
I had a chance to use it for 15min and it´s amazing...on the pictures it looks strange but live it´s beautiful, the keypad is quite good also.
This over the n95 anytime baby, too bad I can´t afford it :(
Both Phones K850i and N82
have their own drawbacks!
no phone is perfect
Wat the hell is going on.Why the hack you guys are comparing sek850 with N82.There is just no way to compare.
You guys call k850 a cybershot phone well how funny my real Sony Cybershot camera has a Carl Zeise optic on it well where is that on your k850,i dont see it anywhere on the k850.To tell you the truth having camera menu settings like a cybershot menu does not bring any good.If you dont have sufficient hardware no software can make it up.Unless and untill then enjoy dreaming about the k850 being the king.
Any words on Aus/NZ release dates?
With the Black version on the horizon, would those be out at the same time?
