.N86 -no xenon flash,2.6 inch.display,no touchscreen,no smile detection
this will easily be the best mobile camera mobile when its released by Nokia,so all the people bragging about the idou by Sony Ericsson ,i bet they change the name to idole as Ericsson will be sold off by Sony so all the workers will end up on the dole so idole will be a good name for the workers
Anonymous, 13 Mar 2009dual lead flash is no good for 8mp camera, nokia is now really really boringIntroducing 8 mp is good, basically default is slider. Actually slider phones preferably for females, they wont buy at that cost. screen is small compared to n95 8gb as it has 2.6" display.
I don't really like Nokia, now I use N73, and I have problems with it. The sim card is moving a little bit, is a poor phone, doesn't like it.
the memory is not big for it's intended use.
it should have been 32gb
Look at the internal memory, why their's no more phone memory?coa it just says 8gb internal memory?
Mates, why are you so worried about flash. Shoot with available light to capture the real drama of the moment. Flash will destroy that drama.
If you are really into flash... BUY A REAL SNAP SHOOTER. PERIOD. You can not put everything you like into that tiny thing. That tiny thing is a MOBILE PHONE... NOT A CAMERA.
Anonymous, 13 Mar 2009dual lead flash is no good for 8mp camera, nokia is now really really boringnokia sed it will reach distances up to 3.5m which is better than xenon =P

Learn to search the... moreyes I agree people gotta do there research before they comement, people think because its got no xenon its no good but technolgy has come along way and I think most people when they see the phone when it comes out and they relise that 3rd generation dual leds are in fact powerfull.
its just because xenon flash has been around for a long time and people think dual leds cant get better.
well they will find out they are infact wrong.
well at last a camera phone to compete with a stanalone digital camera, looking foward to this coming out:-)it will alsobe an awesome camera "I recon the best out there for a camera phone"
I was pretty skeptacle that it only had dual leds as a flash and couldnt understand why they didnt add a xenon, but know as I have down alot of research on the 3rd edition dual leds and found out that they are powerful enough to take phontos in low light, it can even conpare to xenon know,
I was not going to get this phone because of no xenon flash but learn't that the 3rd generation dual leds are good enough;-)

news leaked that the idou may even be fitted with sony's super steady shot technology... another sony's own... and again, "like.no.other".
Anonymous, 12 Mar 2009N86 is the world 1st cameraphone equip with variable aperture so with the 28mm lens Nothing special about that lens... it is not remarkable... it is not an innovative idea... any phone maker can do that... or buy that lens and put in their camera phones...
