At the gsmarena the specs says that this phone doesn't support vibration, in this link http://www.mobile-review.com/p...n90-en.shtml
I found under the Call management section a feature named Vibracall I think it is another word for Vibration.
So in other words this fone have vibration or not?
Other info: the phone supports also .mp3 ringtones
thiz is one of da first flip i like .wonder when its gonna release and wutz da price of phone.
N90 looks great and really interested in it, does any one know if it plays back mp3 music in stero since the Nokia 6260 could only play mono mp3 and was a bit of a let down
N90 is considered an excellent phone but not a perfect one.i like its appearance very much though it's quite big and heavy. The 2mp camera and high resolutions screen attracted me.
To SE fans.... Say what you wanna say.... i love this n90. Grrrrrrrrrr.... i cant wait for ittt.... i want it i like it and ohhhh i love it... uhhmm. I never liked any of SE's.
If I am not wrong, I think that the external screen cannot be used for video taking, it can only be used to take still pictures. Please correct me if I am wrong.
LOL. N90 has two displays and both can be used to still/capture image and videos.
external : 128x128 pix
internal(main) : 352x176 pix
i love this phone!!! heavy? nope. macho man here. no prob with weight. hehe
what is that prune waffaling on a bout! the screen is huge! i think they may have been looking at the externel screen size which is 128 x 128
The screen size is rather subjective, but relative to a 6680 or any other Series 60 Smartphone from Nokia, it has an IDENTICAL size. The number of pixels has increased by 4 times per unit square, but the physical size has not changed AT ALL. Therefore, if you do think that the screen of the 6680 is small, the the screen of the N90 will also be small, and vice versa.
wat the heck...who's the hell who said the screen is small!!!!!!!!!!
i think the size is big!! mayb same size wif my E680 or more
the screen is small!! y?? tis phone got the HIGHEST class of camera but wif a small screen, its hard 2 take pic
At last, i still waiting for this phone, i luv 3G
I'm interested in comparing the N90 with the forthcoming Samsung Z700. The design ethos seems to be quite similar, with a kind of 60's spy movie look to both phones.
Specifically, the Samsung has a 3MP camera, but of course a higher megapixel count does not necessarily mean better picture quality. I'm wondering whether the Karl Zeiss optics on the N90, or the 3MP on the Z700 will make for a better camera quality overall.
I feel that this phone offers a lot but i am slightly concerned about how big it may be. I also fail to understand why it has no vibration function! WHY?
This phone willl be released mid july in the UK. Good phone but is it too large?
Carphonewarehouse has allways got its release dates very close, as it is nokia's main shop in UK. They have said MID JULY....
This phone has the features, I have to give them that. It probably has the most I've seen. Size is also not a problem, most phones that are coming nowadays are larger in size and seems like a trend* ie SE V800, Sharp 903, Panasonic MX7, etc. The only thing I don't like about this phone is the lack of build quality detail, to be honest, it looks rather cheap. Compared to the mentioned phones, there seems to be something lacking in styling and design which seems to be the main problem with Nokia's phone lineup.
Yup. that's my biggest urge to question nokia too. IMO, if they packed all features on one one, the other phones will not sell.
It's like this:
N70 is geared for simple multimedia
N90 is well adapted for imaging and video
N91 is designed for ultimate music and audio.
So, you have to choose between them wherein you will be "productive and entertained" at the same time.
>> RE: I wonder why Nokia didnt release a complete phone i always find a leak in every phone ,N90 is a good phone but it has no F.M radio i wonder why? also N91 has no 2 way vedio conference capapiliti instead of being 3G phone also has no mmc card,,why Nokia???? plz bring a complete phone
