ppl r criticising n90 when dey don even have e phone...dey juz refer to third party sources like gsmarena...and base their opinions on wad dey have seen not wad dey have witnessed...it is unfair to nokia
There are these news that the N90 in Holland or cud be in that side of Europe is having vibration. Well, it has just launched in India and it is costing a bomb. Hope so the prices reduce soon. But the phone is very good.
Hmm i dont get this.. does this phone have vibration or no!?? if you look at this website it says 'no'. but if you visit the nokia site :
under specifications it says it has "vibrating alert".......
so whats the deal..??
which wesite is lying...........
Good comments. Just wanting to confirm with you that the font size can be increased? I had a Nokia 6680 and couldn't find where to adjust the font.
i got n90 and k750i, i can tell that, both differs in aspects and functionality, i admit i do love nokia's fone and some of sonyeriic's fone but guys b4 u judge a techi gadget, pls spend time reading their functionality in their own site, imagine spending 4hrs just looking if n90 has a vibration alert!!!! How spu*** is that, its has a vibra alert, imagine SE P910i having vibra alert why coudn't n90? n90 screen is the best uncomparable w/ others, scalable pixels (meaning you can adjust fonts size and screen size[ this is for those bubble headed geek]) the only disadvantage of n90 is that the battery life is short, AGAIN b4 you judge study first the features of the fone coz your messin' out the mind of those who wanted the fone, I STILL HAVE TO SAY THIS NOKIA RULES in making handset of the most ergonomics and being a user firendly!!! thats all freak!
What are you doing on the Nokia forum??? If you do not have anything to say beside bashing the N90 I will report you to GSM ARENA and have your IP banished. Either come with creative suggestions/posts or do not post!!!
You're right man, the fact is yesterday i passed about 4 hour on web, just to try to find a simple trace of the "imaginary" vibration on n90. I found nothing real, just gibblerish but no proof...
It's good to see we can get things up with no write-violence. Ok. luck with SE :-)
Do you think that a vibrating version of this phone is really on market?
Do you trust people like Ghost who says that it is so, or you are thinking that all these people are only stupid liers?
What's your opinion?
Dear all Singaporeans who have been visiting my blog updatively, do drop by at my corporate blog @ www.bestbuyalways.blogspot.com that features handphone and computer accessories at good buys!
Good looking phone with all the features expect for a vibrator and a FM radio....
Good phone but hope and believe that NOKIA will release better phone in the future... LOL...
Yea I agree with you both (imconfusedwithyaser + dj_ashtray)Yaser does need 2 sort his ed owt! Make ur mind up man.
its not out in the main vodafone shops yet.. no 2MP phones r out in nz yet that are in vodafone shops... u have 2 get them in lil asian shops which sell it 4 a high price.. and also next time i find that site i wil post it here.. i can guarantee u 100% i can find it again. and sorry my mistake.. not made in nz but edited or something 2 programme stuff like vodafone live on it and NZ features on it.. if i said made in nz then sorry i made a mistake..
Yaser sort your head out. You keep banging on about the N90, how it is better than the SE but your getting the SE (discount or not no one wants second best). You said there was a site that had the N90 beating the SE but the could not prove it and finally ypu said you can't get the N90 in NZ but your mate has got it. Make your mind up and stop telling lies! Next time you say you have proof HAVE PROOF.
What do you mean n90 is made in NZ? It is not made in NZ. You can buy it here but it's not made here.
this was a long time ago.. i couldn't remember the site... when i tried 2 go on my history, the next day, to find out which site it was the history was deleted because everyday it deletes itself.. sorry but yea n90 may be pricier but it sure would be worth the money.i personally dont have the n90 but my friend does and i gotta tell u.. the picture quality is nothing like what it is in that review.. w800 sure is good but doesn't meet the standaards of n90..who cares if n90 doesn't have vibrator.. the volume of it is absolutly amazing on my friend's n90.. maybe its just the n90s made in NZ but im telling u.. ive seen both n90 and w800 and n90 is much better.. but im still buying the w800 because i have a discount on it..
hey SE users, what are u all on about? nokia is the best brand and every1 knows it... Nokia is only devoted to mobiles whereas Sony is devoted to a million other stuff... Nokia spends all its money on mobiles.. dj_ashtray... ur making N90 sound like its the worst phone coz it has no vibration... u no wat im gonna say.. get over it! if ur in a meeting u shouldn't have ur fone on anyway.. i always have it of and it actually helps having ur mind on the meeting rather than on ur phone... n90 maybe big and heavy but it beats having a video camera in ur pocket.. n90 is like mp3 player, video camera and digital camera, telephone.its like 4 in 1. btw... that camera test between n90 and W800 is not true.. i have been on sites having pics of n90 and n90 wins.. u could tell whoever took the pics could've easily decreased the brightness or contrast.. im sorry to say but n90 is just the best phone altho i am getting W800 because n90 isnt here out yet in New Zealand..
Ok, ok It seem like you're not reading past post. Tha main function of a cellphone is "bein' a cellphone" and bein' a cellphone includes: 1)Let me dial or recieve calls. 2)Make it easier the communication. 3)Be lite and ergonomic. I guess these are the essencial functions
Ok, Nokia N90 is right with 1, but with number 2 and 3... It doesn't make easier my communication because of the fact it doesn't got vibration and believe it isn't ergonomic at all and, lite?... well you anwer this question.
N90 is more focused to be a video-camera, I don't wanna buy a video-camera, in that case I buy a Handycam wich is cheaper and much better than n90. The point in here that Nokia doesn't understand and you're makin' me think you also don't... is that I want a CELLPHONE.
I accept it has a lot of function, but as far as I know, there isn't any symbian Application that converts your huge and non-ergonomic N90 into a MOTO v3.
Now, it's really interesant knowin' that n90 does have vibration in Holland. Now the question will be: Why the hell Nokia doesn't put vibration in the whole n90 series on all over the world? Perhaps I don't know too much of marketin', but this is so stupid. Could you imagine it's like in America we got k750 with a 2 mpx camera and in Europe they got k750 with a 3mpx camera and both at the same price?? No way...
