i just got my nokia n900 from a store here in cyprus and i have to say it is absolutely perfect. there is not a single thing i would change about this device. it looks perfect, it feels perfect and it behaves perfectly. it is a little bit thicker than my iphone 3gs (32gb) but to tell you the truth its not going to spend a lot of time in your pocket! you will be surfing the internet all day with this thing! and because it has full flash support, you really enjoy everything about it. people say that the touchscreen is a little bit unresponsive sometimes but that never happened to me. i give the touchscreen 8/10 because it isnt capacitive. i recommend it to anybody who liked it! dont look back, dont hesitate JUST BUY IT!:P
Thank you Nokia for such a wonderful device. PS can i have a better battery please :D
SE, 25 Dec 2009Hey take it easy will you, I never said a person who has an n900 is a fool ok. All I said is t... moreno hard feeling at all. ;)
but you actually said:
"Sony ericsson rules you fools !"
(that's your exact words).
It just makes me laugh every time somebody compares phones that are already out with phones that will be out in few months.
But don't worry, I was just teasing and there is no hard feelings.
I'm sure by the time the SE phone you're talking about gets out it will be a beast (and other phones by other brands or even by SE itself will be announced to beat it 8 months later).
merry christmas to you.
Guys !! Phone have great design but Battery life time is suck dies in 3 hrs, and phone is to complicated to use, most of the time u need to keep the phone In horizontal position to operate! Have N95 8gb/ then N97, and recently returned N900, Stay if you like N Series Stay with N95 8GB..
if anyone wants the best keyboard in the market, excellent touch screen, best internet browser, excellent reception, and very good quality speakers then buy the n900
dont listen to all the pathetic iphone haters who try to talk down this phone
btw try typing 43 words a minute on any other phone !
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970August 2010, long way to go, so could mention the Maemo6 phone.

All I said is that SE will make an ultimate cellphone that will simply not be defeated. If you had an iphone I would have laughed hard on you but you have a strong solid phone. No hard feeling plz.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970So let me get this straight:
You're comparing the Nokia N900 with a "rumored" phone that will "may be" (since it's only a rumor yet) be available in 8 months.
And you're calling us "fools" for buying the N900?
Some people just crack me up. ^^
More seriously: for people living in france, the N900 finally got out with SFR and Orange. 80 euros with plans. Since I'm in vacation here until january 13th to see my family, I'm really gonna try to push my dad to renew is plan so I can get the phone and he gets the plan!
haha! That would be sweet!
