ShadowLFC, 12 Nov 2009I haven't used T-Mobile for years so they may have improved since the old "one2one" days. Voda... moreJust had Email Corespondence with Mobile phones direct dot co dot uk,
"Yes I can confirm that we will have the handset available on T-mobile from launch day.
Our headline price plan is £35 per month and you get 700mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet + email. Free phone
The internet is 1gb per month but it is a fair usage policy so if you go over you won't get charged.
Voicemail is completely free within your minutes allowance.
The contract will be 18 months.
I can also confirm there will be no network branding on the handset. It will be completely unlocked.
Let me know if you are interested,

i have ordered the n900 on a contract using mobile phones direct and does any one know when the n900 will reach the buyers house?
i have posted a Q in Maemo site which is :
Is that true? Does it mean if I'm surfing web on it and someone calls me I won't be able to answer??
This is incorrect. You will be able to answer and go back to browsing the web and talk on the phone at the same time. I think only Verizon has that problem of not being able to do internet and voice at the same time (not sure though).
so it is relieving haaah..:)
wow, soo many posts in less than 24 hours
i read though half =/
anyways i forgot who answered my question by the time i was finished reading
anyways so i guess it is possible for a N900 to be connected to a pc and use the pc as the viewing method, eg the desktop is the same.
so will the n900 be DLNA compatible?
and also Deep space bar (the real one) i live in canada too =P
so when will we get this phone and i hope no carrier will add this phone =P i wanna be unique lol
unSungLoser, 12 Nov 2009N900 connected to internet via wireless router with no simcard http://www.youtube.com/wa... moreI haven't used T-Mobile for years so they may have improved since the old "one2one" days. Voda have excellent 2G but poor 3G. I'm leaning more toward T-Mobile because of the recent Orange merger, so they are guaranteed to get better
Anonymous, 12 Nov 2009resistive screen = failNot even close to fail
It's as responsive as a capasitive 90% plus you can use it with a glove, write with a stylus, write in the cold, nails .....so capasitive fail
I see the N900 is released already in Europe for T-Mobile. Maybe I scanned the article to quick. I thought that the states will also get it with posibilty of N67 for T Mobil USA? Verify?
Anonymous, 12 Nov 2009resistive screen = failif you cant or dont want to buy the N900, then dont throw words which has no effect.....
It says on nokias site 'Dedicated zoom in/out button on ext.' SO, with this zoom in/out, can you shuffle forward thru tracks in the music player ? as i use my n97 for running and it is anoyying having to slow down to use the touch screen.

ShadowLFC, 12 Nov 2009I agree. I have 1GB unlimited with 3 at the moment and am always exceeding that. I think you c... moreim also considering getting the phone from nokia and solo contract from o2 as o2 offers unlimited internet and wifi for £7.50 but then that will be alot more expensiveeee.. i missed a good deal on mobile phones direct, they were offering N900 on t-mobile, 700mins , unlimited text and internet for £34.36 and free phone. i thought i will place an order near by 16 November, but the orders on t-mobile exceeded so much that they removed T-mobile tariffs and is Vodaphone Only now. ive never used vodaphone b4, it may be a good network but i dont like the sound of it lol
ShadowLFC, 12 Nov 2009I agree. I have 1GB unlimited with 3 at the moment and am always exceeding that. I think you c... morewell yeah t-mobile is good. 2ndly i saw a video, a russian guy was using N900 without simcard. connected to wireless router browsing internet in everyway. if i find that video i will post the link here.
unSungLoser, 12 Nov 20091gb a month is limited dont you think so? i mean for a phone connected round the clock network... moreI agree. I have 1GB unlimited with 3 at the moment and am always exceeding that. I think you can add up to 10GB via an add on though. Vodafone offer 500mb only which is nowhere near enough so T-Mobile's the winner
