Ofcourse this is not an i-pod killer. I-pod is SPECIALIZED in mp3-players, the N91 is not designed to have a mp3-player as the main function. (perhaps as the most important one)
Same as the camera quality, a real digital camera will always be better.
You can't compare such devices with each other, because their main function are all different.

nokia is simply unbelievable. when they said they were going to release 40 phones this year and concentrate on multimedia phones, they certainly weren't kidding. with the release of these new N-series phones they have certainly blown the rest of the mobile phone market away. what with 2MP cameras, 20X zoom, Carl Zeiss lenses, 4GB microdrives, high colour screens and visual FM radio and finally a whole lot more internal memory 30MB. I gues nokia really does listen. Even when they don't seem to. I say they should keep up the good work but they do have to work on their phone designs. The N91 is simply cute but they cud have made it look better.
To those who wonder if these phones have FM radio. Well, yes they all have stereo FM radios though they are called visual radio, this refers to a service that works through WiFi that allows you to see the artist and interact with the radio station. Can the ipod ring, take photos, the list is endless. I think its quite a good phone though scepticle about the battery life, time will tell...

Ok the memory is nice...but ur saying "Nokia N91 is an ipod killer, When its got 4 GB, the Ipod Mini has 6GB of space and its half the size of this phone, also if they realy want to make it an ipod killer why dont they have 60gb ones, please tell me that, also this phone is huge and extremly ugly, the Clickwheel on the Ipod Mini, Ipod photo, Ipod 4gen is the easiest and quickest thing to access your music, and lets not forget iTunes what is also branded by Apple, And with the Upgrade of the Ipod this year in (July) Apple will release a new Ipod, Apple are also looking at going to the Mobile Market, so think before you speak, when thus phone oblesbly is not an ipod killer because this phone only holds approxmatly 900 songs non compacted.
So for the people who want a brick in there pocket for no reason, be my guest

Although it has a gr8 mp3 function its actually rather ugly and cheap looking the phone. The back of the phone looks terrible. Look at these pictures @ http://www.mobileburn.com/revi...ge=2&Id=1317
To me its look to shinny and as some one said the displays only 35,000 pixels. The 4gb HD would be fantasic tho! to bad it wasnt it the N90

unfortunately the screens only 36,000 pixles like most previous S60 nokias. The N90's screens is 146,000 pixels!

this is awesome will do for me as an mp3 player especially with the fm radio. other cool features like the camera and symbian also. i will also store some movies with it.

Not saying really if the design is great or not, when it comes to this fone it has no rival 4now and i really think no other company will really give the fone a good run at it. To say it an ipod killer, well u have to look at it what type of ipod u want, i think it will give the ipod mini & shuffle a run at their money. All these entirely depends on the price of the phone, cos i will love to get one at the right price.

I don't think this phone will kill the i pod because it ''only'' has 4 gb in comparisson with the i pod that has 40 gb, one more thing the design is not so great... i would prefer Samsung i330 with the 3gb micordrive and great design with windows mobile os..
