1 hour of music, 30 minutes of browsing (GPRS), frequent MMS messaging, and my N91's battery lasts for only 9 hours. Is it normal? My 3230 which is 3 years old already has longer battery life.

i have this phone for a year, and that is a big compliment for the company because I usually change phones couple of times in year, I m very picky person. anyway it has great options and all but the only problem is that is too slow, It was taking fixed for 2 times, problems with software and hard disk , it had to be restared . but still, it is one of the best phones I had and believe me I had many of them , also many compliments to nokia for n 95, that phone is just perfect , camera is woow like digital camera...but I love my n91 too much to change it with n95....

I buy this model about a year. the only problem is it's badly slow . but it's not about 4G hdd. couze it still got slow when i not save or store anything after i claim warranty (took 3 month to get back huhuhu) all the format or software i had try ...but nothing positive hapen until i got info that master reset that must be done when ON the phone .... result's its like new nothing left inside (that info they don't tell me !!@#$%^&*) but after 1 week my N91 start getting slow... in my opinian it's have auto memory save...like cache or recovery thing.. that save data or thing that we do without ask for permisiom ... who that no how to done the setting could give the info...but after all that .. i still love my N91 :)

I had this phone for a year now. i like all the features and everything, but HDD, oh god that thing is pissing me off big time.. when HDD gets accessed, phone is way too slow that it freezes 5/10 times.. i got so frastruated that i got N70, a bit faster when accessing apps, but i guess nokia just has problem with their OS, i like samsung better when it comes to menu performance..i like the fact it has a huge hdd(4gb), which lets me put around 30 DVDs on it (of course compressed 3gp format)..i give it 7.5/10 (i'm really picky when it comes to phones)
good luck to any buyer

And make sure you have the latest firware version (3.10.023 - I have the 8GB version)
Im not having any problems with my phone, except for the fact that its a tad bit slower than other phones, which is clearly because of its large HDD it needs to manage, and its hanged only on very rare occasions, and I dont mind that. Its a great phone all and all.

To Harris: 3G doesnt necessarily mean 2 cameras. The second camera is just for EASIER video calling.

I am using N91 for the last 6 months it is good phone but since recently the whole phone hangs or freezes and have to restart only by disconnecting the battery. Can any one feed back if there is any way this problem can be solved without taking to any of the service agent.

To Rohit,
Use Opera 8.65. It downloads everything directly to the hard drive. However, based on my experience, it corrupts the hard drive eventually.

Curiously, the Nokia N91, which many consider the benchmark when it comes to sound in mobile phones, enjoys this circuit design as well ? two ASIC, of which one is the music-minded ASIC N2200, that processed the signal. Apart from greater power we see the N2000 (amplifier) that manages headphones connection and acts as an amplifier. A dedicated DAC is also in place ? N2000.

"In other words, the chips are integrated to a lesser extent, which is a good thing (the hardware platform is also different, which is crucial). Presence of the dedicated audio chip makes the Nokia N91 one unique phone."

Go to http://www.mobile-review.com/r...700-en.shtml
Read about the presence of a dedicated audio chip in the N91 and how it differs to that of 5700's!
