To Solomonraj: Sorry to hear that. I afraid that you have to go to service. It seems that it is camera itself or bad contacts problem. They will remove the cover and try readjust it in the socket, because it is removable. Did u drop your phone?

hey guys, im using N91 and i love this for. forever. but recently i got this problem. my camera is not working. when i start its saying "General: System Error" and its closing. i reformatted my phone, i reinstall the os, upgraded my os but still im having same problem. please help me guys... pleaseeeeeeeeee

Hanging: In the past older Sw for N91, N80 etc hung sometimes. Make sure you have the latest SW (2.10 or later). You can update the SW online BUT make sure you follow the procedure. As outlined in the TIPs
1- You drag and drop your HDD contents to your PC and do not use PC suite to backup your HDD. (PC suite is for phone memory only)
2- You need to format HDD, re-install applications (java, sisx etc) from scratch - DO not just copy the files back ontp the HDD or you will get weird resets etc (its like on a PC is you just copy program files). This is likely what people who are experiencing a hanging after teh sw update because these 3rd party apps are ony partially installed.
3- Then after sw update do the soft reset *#7370# (12345) to start off clean.
Also note S60 devices act a little wonky when their phone memory (not HDD) gets too full. Leave a few MBytes of ROM for headroom
Screen: Yeah it would be nice if the N91 or N91 8GB had the N80 screen etc but the music quality is so good that if its a music device you want then the N91, N91 8GB is the best.
My regret (a bit) is that i did not wait until the price dropped to where it is now, what a bargain.

Yah the HDD gives aloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot of problems it hangs ,corrupts alot of the files(it happens without any reasons ,just random).....i using the latest firmware..2.20.008...and the problem is still there

I am willing to buy this nifty phone,I think this phone is still available in market and with cheapest rate ever. With music edition , I Love one.
I also heard that this phone can be used like mini USB drive, since we can store lot of Data files too.

Hi...I'm really keen on buying this fone but alot of pple complain abt how often it hangs. a friend using it told me it hangs every two days! I would really appreciate if someone using it since a while can comment on it. thanks

Hi
I asked Nokia Customer Service. The N91 (4GB) is no longer in production (there maye still be some for sale in stores etc). The production line now focuses on N91 8GB.
I suspect the price of the N91 8GB is so low now that it did not make sense to keep making more N91 4GB. So no worries the N91 8GB is still being made.

no idea about new release , but they have stopped this edition , so it seems to be a new release ...
This N91 is a solid one , defenitly male ..bigger one .. lit bit heavier wen u compare to other models .....but I wud say defintlty 4 male ....only thing with me is wen I use to wear with low waist jeans m finding some dioficulty ...
must use this with HP .. its rocking ...m loving it ,
now it came down to 11,400.....

hi everybody can any one help coz i love za look of za 91 8gb (za black ) soooooooo much and iam a music lover, right now i have N80 justfew months ago,it hangs a lot and za batery is sucks so should i go 4 za N91 8gb or what ???????????

To Matthew : I have had the N91 (my wife has it now) since Early June I believe 2006 and the N91 8GB (me) since late last year. I love them both
To Mangesh: Yes try cleaning up the HDD using the PC tools.

i think people have mixed opinion abt thz phone-n91,some praise it a lot & and som critisize it.n91 looks pretty attractive keeping in mind its features & style.can any one who is usng thz phn for quite a long time can tell me whether to go for it or not.
