pls can someone tell me which are the improvments in nee SW version 2.20? Now i'm using version 2.10. Today I checked and the new version is aviable via Nokia Software Updater. Con anyone which use v2.20 tell me if what improvments are in this version?

dis is a gr8 phne it occasionaly crashes but has lots of memory which is goood

Hello everyone, i have waited the whole week for nokia to upload on it's website the new version sw 2.20 but it hasn't till now . What would you people advice me to do , i am really getting anoyed by this fact ! :(

And i want to ask the other users of n91 & n91 8gb, how can i use the wi-fi function ? When i try to connect to some wi-fi networks in my city it says that "maximum number of connections has been reached , please close ... " ( anyway something similar ) . Can anyone help me in this matter? Is it because of the wi-fi networks , or from bad config ?

Yeah.. Price is low. N91 is now only P17,000 for those living in R.P.. ...Because the new N95 is so damn overpriced, P44,950!

No one can say his or her symbian phone is not livin wid hanging.N91 is not an exception.2.10 is good.But could have been better.2.20.008 is slightly improved.It has huge problem wid defragmentation.It should be well SW examined.

i didnt stay and watch it, when the N91 froze i decided to the E61 coz it realy impresed me,then i went to N70-ME which was next to N91-ME so thats when i noticed it restart itself!!

Hi

Well I am a N91 (4GB my wife has it now) and N91 8GB user and with the newer sw 2.10 on th 4GB or the N91 8GB the devices are brilliant. Just make sure the Nokia shop keeper you talked to knows about the latest sw. Tsepz dont know what promotional rubbish vodafone stcuk on the N91 8Gb you played with. I find it hard to believe you watched it for 30 min while it reset but anyhow they obviously screwed it up with ome of their crap)

N91 and N91 8GB - BUY IT!! Especially now thate the prices are so low !!

Well im not an N91 user but when i was at Vodaworld last week i playd around with a few Nokias: E61, N73, N70-ME, E50, and N91-ME 8GB, the N91-ME 8GB was the1 i wanted to play with the most BUT less than a minute into it the phone froze and stayd lyk that for the next 30mins bare in mind that the only thing i did was to click the MENU button then i clicked MUSIC PLAYER and the fone froze for 30mins then restartd,the funny thing is that the only thing the phone had was one 10mb mpeg video and like 4tracks. whereas the N73 had a 400mb movie (THE DIVINCI CODE) and sum tracks but stil ran smoothly

i am planning to buy n 91 but many people including the the manager at nokia show room told me tht nokia n91 hang very much....so i request the user of this phone plz tell me wheter this phone hangs or not......waiting for ur opinion

Agree wid y>cheated by nokia.
Someone in nokia discussions said :use services instead of web browser,why?what a makin sense solution!Music oriented phone ain't mean it will have poor screen and poor ram.Anyway, past has gone but web browser issues still persist.

why does nokia has to make bricks??and boast themselves of makin a good job??the RAM is totally useless when used along with the browser.....each time u need to swith it off b4 browsin.....and i don want anybody to get cheated by its 2mp camera cos its totally useless.....absolutely waste of money....

we dont underestimate walkman phones.
Those are kewl.
We, infact highlited that N91 has the 2nd to none audio quality which is proven.

Why couldnt Nokia make a separate chip for MUSIC PLAYER to run independtly? so that you dnt worry about RAM of MUSIC PLAYER

Monitoring the RAM, i have a total of 45MB. After startup, available RAM is around 13MB. I will use either Opera mobile browser, Opera mini or the built in Nokia "Web" browser. Before i start each session I will have to close or kill the Music player application. Available RAM now is around 15MB. The memory pig of all is Opera mini. Each time i open a page, free RAM from 7mb constantly decreases (with Taskman opened.) until my RAM gets 100+kb, i can still browse. When i open another web page, RAM is back to 7MB, and this cycle goes on and on. I said, i never seen any error message that says "memory full" in my N91. But in my 3230, i usually encounter that. The nokia web browser gives me around 3-7mb free RAM when in use. And it doesn't decrease below 3mb even if i continue browsing with it. The two browsers don't close itself unless i open another application.

N91 is really very good. But pls don't underestimate Sony ericsson walkmans.

Could any body tell me if there is a solution for the following problem:
After updating my N91-1 firmware everything seems ok, BUT the tutorial data is missing, any ideas or tips?

Thanks, I always do all the tricks.But this problem came to a constant when I installed handy taskman,wat y guyz say?
Is this because of this very useful application.
T0 N91, it is almost accepted everybody that N91s web browser is a memory pig.I dont want to be LOL.thanks.

Sound wise,it's the best mobile phone in the world, but only with original headphones from the package. The volume of I-Pod is only 60-70% of this phone.The only problem with it's headphones is when gradually we increase it's volume, a cracking sound is heard again and again until we lower the volume.The loudspeaker of N73 music edition is far more louder than N91 but N91 is better with it's headphones.
