Hello!
I wanted to ask u guys a question, didn`t know whr to put it, so I decided: on the newest phone topic.
Why didn`t Nokia release any model of the 4000 series?
Thr r 1100, etc., 2600, etc., 3120, etc., but then it skips the 4000 series, and there it is, 5100 and so on...

It may be the biggest phone around - but is also the smallest video camera ! ! ! And looking at all the other specs . . . Go Nokia go :-) I hope they will release it before my birthday in October.

@ Dev
Uhm...dude, what is so difficult to grasp about this one? It's a phone ey...
It's not all that different from most other recent high-end mobiles, just improved specs. It's certainly not a laptop, it IS a PDA and it IS a phone.
Yes, the 3G makes it connect faster...great, so still no laptop.
118 grams isn't light, but certainly not heavy. Maybe you should make up your mind on WHAT YOU WANT, because I think Nokia has pretty clear ideas about where they are heading.
I think you should stick with a girls phone...nice & light, won't hurt nor weight you down. Get one with a nice mirror too lol. Would save you the headache and you know exactly that its JUST a phone.
Just teasin', personal preferences are totally yours ;)

This phone has vibration.
Please care to read the specifications first before posting false information.

Someone should tell nokia this isnt funny. 180 grams is way too much. Ok its loaded with functions but its the most unattractive phone ever. And what the hell is it? A palm a camera a laptop ? Personally i cant buy something that doesnt know what it is. And im sure SE and samsung will launch something 100 grams lighter.

Positives:top spects
Negatives:bulky&weighted+conservatively looked+heavily priced(expected
more than usd1100.00 when releases
Solution :go for the N80,it's far much
better and won't make a big hold
in your pocket, got mine last week
for usd650.00 from Vietnam.Tell
you that I'm very happy.

This sounds like a superb phone to have. I have been following this phone since it was in the development stage. It boasts of having some of the best features in the market. Although t might be on the heavier side weighing at 180gm and it definitely does not fit into the category of small phones even in my wildest of dreams but it would still be a phone worth having especially with its cacorder function. The only deterent that I can see is that this phone does not have vibration and is gonna cost a bomb.

Just dunno y Nokia bothered bring out this model(seems like they're going backward)?as We can now have the N80,it's overall better from all aspects, looks better, lighter, smaller, bigger&brighter screen, still gives us what N93 offering.Very happy with my N80 so I think I'd give this one a miss since I've lost my patience of waiting for the release of the N92.

I am proud that they have improve on the battery life, camera and incorporated the Wi-Fi technology.
180g and the dimensions are bigger then the N90.. but then again, i m using my N90, its a tad big, but it feels damn solid. The size issue really depends on the user, but the technology they added this time makes it worth while to see if the actual product will be as good.
Can't wait!!

Open your eyes... Dont judge the phone by it's features,,, Judge it by their Quality and Stability...

look whether this phone is released or not..nokia will surely delay this..
those who wanna phone with lot of features go for N80...those who wanna phone with EXCELLENT CAMERA and act as a CAMCORDER too go for N93...
