> In reply to Munna @ 2009-07-30 20:50 from PT2Jyou are wrong.
the n95 is still above the 5800. however, the 5800 is still good.
i own and used them both. i still use my n95 more than my 5800.

> In reply to A @ 2009-07-28 17:58 from p1eBsince you think this mobile sucks, then your comment and opinion is pointless. you just showed how incompetent you are because some of your points are are incorrect.
The certificate issue is a safety precaution from harmfull attacks. expired certicates may or may not be harmful. i have some applications with expired certificates in my n95, and it still works fine.some n95 users have their n95's hack to install any applications.
THE N95 CAN TAKE A BIGGER MEMORY CARDS..UP TO 32 GB. I have 8 gb in my n95.
the gps is good. install google maps, aside from the nokia maps.
if the wifi doesnt have signal, then use the 3.5 g network . if there is no signal then simply move to an area where there is signal. mine always has a signal.
as a conclusion nokia's are well known for all-around smartphones. i have used several smartphones such as htc touch pro and the iphone....was not satisfied.

> In reply to [deleted post]n95 is almost nothing in front of 5800, only because it has 5 mp camera so its image quality is finer than that of 5800 otherwise it can't excel than 5800, Even the video quality of 5800 and n95 is same at 30 frames per second (VGA Sized).

I am used this phone for about an year and i can honestly say - IT SUCKS! I know that a lot of people would want to argue with me but really - what is so awsome about this phone! Firstly, you have to spent hours searching through forums so that you can find a way to crack the stupid certificate issue.
Secondly, after you fill up the memory about 50% the phone starts to work unbelievably slowly! Here is to mention that you can't put a memorycard bigger than 2 GB
3rd, the GPS - Oh my god, until it position itself! The last time i tried it it took me about 15 minutes and i was on a parking on the Highway(No obstacles i mean)
4-th, the Wlan - well it works fine when you have a strong signal but when i have for example 2-3 bars on my laptop(which's with crapy adapter) the phone hardly finds a network.
As a conclusion - i hope that i am the only one who experiences this kind of problems. I am using an HTC Hd at the moment, i i can honestly say - i am never turning back to Nokia with Symbian again.

Well, if u are on UMTS network mode then one day is the maximum it can reach .. However if u are on GSM network mode then four days is the maximum it can withstand. My advice is if u are not using Video call or satelite internet-ing - keep to GSM mode unless u need them. Just like you need Wi-Fi when there's wireless access point if don't have then switch it off .
So good luck ...Lowering your display brightness , off wi-fi , turn to gsm mode, off screensaver and choose low definition display themes could help maximise your battery life

GSM Arena doesn't have their facts straight.
Just like gsm arena said nokia got rid of their slide show in the n97.Wrong. I tried it the slide show the other day on the n97. Still there.
Gsm arena get your facts right first.

> In reply to Chandramohan @ 2009-07-22 09:56 from M{3KThe problem is you can only use 240x320 because thats the phones standard resolution if you want to use a bigger picture resolution its not possible. But you can take a Screenshot of the picture and the phone will display that.
