I'm a hard fan of Nokia.And my greatest fones ever where 3310,6600,6630,3230,N70 and now N95.One of the most frustrating things about fones is poor battery life.Why,in God's name,would a fone-maker like Nokia,make a fone like d N95,with poor battery life,at a time like this!?So,pls advice me,some1-or Nokia folks,should i keep my old but very promising 6630,or buy the N95(or N95-8G)?I'm losing my sleep!

Or u have an active Call Recorder which is full(so u delete some);or u have plenty of opened applications,press and hold d menu key,select and close accordingly.

dear sao though I have no experience of it....some guys at n95users . com have said that it works well

what n95 has over e66

1.better camera still and video recording
2.ngage( cream of the crop since it has video card and dual core processor that even the n96 doesnt have!!!)
3.tv out
4. faster processor (dual core 330 compared to e66 single core processor)
5. slide up you get standard buttons
slide down you still get buttons!!!
6. stereo speakers (semi 6233-ish though 6233 trumps n95's speakers...)
7. bigger screen

what e66 has over the n95
1.more ram
2. newer O.S. fancier gallery
3. smaller size (a plus for others)
4. battery life!!!
5. no irritating red light which replaces the flash when using the camera for video recording

hmm in terms of pure camera and power


n95 no real competition sir....the only thing that the e66 have to the n95 is it has more ram for applications


but n95's new firmware kinda organizes the ram useage ("on demand paging") better and leaves you with sufficient ram to launch alot of applications all at once as well...


btw one thing that n95-1 has against n95-2 and n95-4 aka 8gb versions is that it doesnt have this problem

This phone is simply superb.I am using it since Feb 08 here in PAKISTAN and i must say that this phone is simply great.i have no problems with this awesome phone.simoly the best.

dear maina, you may have installed an application that causes the phone to semi restart

if it is okay to you I guess reformatting is the best choice...

Hi there.
My N95,keeps 'restarting' when am accessing some applications(but not always). The same even happened when I was receiving some music on bluetooth. Is anything wrong with the phone.
P.S. It does not actually restart, it just goes back to the Nokia opening screen for about a minute or two, then goes back to standby without having cancelled whatever you I was doing.

err...sir wk what firmware do you have?

version 20 and above have almost quite literally double the battery performance than version 12 and below of firmware...


and from your description it seems the 8gb n95 fits you well...

ei dilip...no the speakers wont break


but it will help if you would low down the music volume when listening to rock music ^_^

I have had this phone for only about 2 weeks and i have only 2 problems, the battery life is very poor and sometimes it just turns itself on and off. Does this happen to anyone else? Otherwise very very good phone. I think when nokia make a new Nseries phone it should have 5 megapixel, 2.8 inch screen and atleast at minimum of 2 gb internal memory. Reply back.

hmm it seems that the sound could get distorted when playing rock music using the speakers...


but in some genres...rnb and acoustic...it plays fine on mine :)

I can not save more video files in my video center although inside a lot free memory, i use 2 GB card, always ask me to delete some video files, i set video save in memory card also no use. i move or copy my video download from internet also can't , too wired. please advice if you know
