I update the firmware of my n95-3 and really works better and nice,he camera and boot is faster now. the battery life has been always good for me 3 days or more, I dont know why people complaints.another apps and ngage demos etc. now i want to hack it to install rotateme and othes apps, haw can i do that. lets search for carloud!!

I had once a N95 its a nice phone with its features but after having a N82 i think the camera with its xenon flash has more advantage than N95.

After having it fixed by a tech (simple operation actually), it doesn't hang anymore or freeze. Now that I get to use all the features of the phone, I am very satisfied with it. it's an all-in-one device for me.

i've been using this phone(N95-1) for about two mouths now and its functions are too good to be called nice but it seems to have a xter which i beleive, if i had known before buying it, i woundn't have gone for it. at times it freezes that i will have to either remove the battery or switch it off and this is mostly happening when the battery bar is droping. can smone help my phone b4 i smatch it on the floor and decamp to other broud of phones. i'm in nigeria but all i read is europe, us etc. pls friends how do i know the version of my phone and how do i upgrade. 1st i don't even know were to upgrade from or to. pls i need the code to know where i stand. thnks in advance.

> In reply to therock @ 2008-11-13 08:50 from 0ftP at least my phone is eing upgraded right now from v 10.2.006 to 20.2.11 maybe is that the rm 160 or n95-3 is different to a n95-1 or n95-2 or maybe the code is what gives you the new actualizations. i dont know but Im starving to know if its going to work Im downloading now 65mb from 112, of the new firmware, let me know if you find another code or anewest firmware.and can you tell me what was the change in functions? and in what it get better? im just was experiencing slow cam and cannot install rotate me and always told me certificated expired. the new code I use was 0551733(in spanish) maybe it has another languages inside. for n95-3 good luck. now it goes in 79 mb :P :)

I have been using this nokia n95 for six months up to so far,what i can say is that this phone is the most of interligent phone and is easy 9c screen everything on it is great i mean.

How can I hack the n95 to make to get the best out of it? also How can I upgrade my firmware from 20 to 30?
i have the n95-3 (US version). I already did the following:entered the product code on nokia europe to see if it is available on my phone. No news of availability for my phone because it still states only version 20 is available; i called nokia USA and asked about the firmware version 30. they said they don't know when will it arrive in the US.
Help me install firmware version 30.

To check, go to Menu->Tools->Settings->General->Personalisation->Display. The second entry would be Rotate screen, which you can set to Automatic or Off.
