stop argueing about what fone is better .. just take a look at the votes .. the supreme truth is reflected by the fone`s score .. voted by 20000 people .. ! n95 has 9.2 against what ?? k800 has only 8.2 .. and considering the the n95 was anounced 1 month ago and allready has 20000+ votes .. against what ?? k800 was anounced allmost half an year and has only 19100 votes .. so .. think about it !

@ ali:
I think you might need to check if you're phone is an original one and not a fake one.
In my opinion the quality of the photos are DEFINATELY 5MP and very good, my uncle said so too and he's a well known belgian Photographer.

grate features on a phone but personally i think there are going to be many issues with this phone... s there was with teh hole nokia "n" series. looking at the battery i thinks is going to be appauling (n80 user) there is no way you can use everything on this phone and not drain the battery in a matter of hours! with my n80 its on 1 cell everyday and i only use it for texting and some minour mp3 play back! using HSDPA, video, camera, on top of texting ect will render it usless unless your walking round with a extension cord pluged into the mains. another this that will play a major part in this is the software... as everyone knows there have been so many issues with the "n" series which has left most of this range being stoped by major networks! will the n95 go the same way? centanly so if like the n80 v4 firmware does not solve any issues on the phone...

I think it lacks 4 features
1- A larger battery may be 1300mAh.
2- An in-built hard drive(4/8gb),Remove microSD support.
3- VGA resolution display.
4- xenon flash.
I dont think it needs touchscreen coz it would also cause inconvience. it is delicate so it may be dameged on small falls etc.
If any one agree or disagree with me please mail me at anku_2056@yahoo.com

i suggest that a big phone like this should have at least 1Gb inbuilt memory since N91 has 4Gb of harddrive.

i read in a particular overeview that the fones speakers are absolutely fantastic, that its speakers r excellent and no fones loudspeaker quality compares to this, and that it has an excellent soft and powerful bass element. so..

Not intentionally being the devil's advocate, but although i really like the cool features I think it's ugly. What I'm looking forward to is the competitive efforts by other brands now that the N95 is the new benchmark. It's about time those who are milking the market get what they deserve!

Ok, so UMTS has different frequencies that are used between North America and Europe. Is HSDPA just the one frequency? (E.G. There is no EDGE 1900mhz)
If so, can the video calling on this phone be used in North America when they finally launch it one of these years?
Is the GPS turn by turn? Do you have to buy anything additional or pay a fee to use the GPS?

Just saw that www.cti-miami.com took the N95 off their website - guess it is not available today after all.... No surprise there!

there is only 1 possibility that people will have this phone in their hand(not owning), to to be a list of nokia product tester. each product before nokia sell to the public a quantity of handphone will test by certain different level of people to see anything problem with the handphone... to those who said there can get this phone with provider, internet, or on hte street that rude...

Ei guys. Buy this fone not for its camera but for the GPS receiver of the fone which is its feature. If you're hyped for the 5 mp and dvd like video capture, you will likely be frustrated. Nokia will leave this feature pro for the n93 and perhaps for newer n-series. Thats a market strategy of nokia to pack all yummy features but they just compromise for other models. Just an advice. Peace on earth.^_^
