Hi guys. I got this phone a few days back and it's fantastic. About the lack of lens cover; it really isn't a problem, just don't be stupid and put in your pocket with keys. If your really worried about it then just buy a cover for the phone.
On a seperate note, i really don't like the lack of a video editor (one of the changes between the 8gb and the classic). does anyone know one i can download?

can anyone tells me if on N95 8G possibility to lock folder? for exemple lock the SMS so only reading them with a password(protected),if any one could be in help,thanks in advance!

thats clear as mud mate, how about a proper idiots guide for me.
whats an ffg? whats an auto_signis.bat? a dzed.cer? what are these ffs.
i've downloaded the the rotateme file and can't install but your instructions don't make any sense to the basic idiot like me!

@ LC,
Sorry, I forgot...after you've SAVE the autosignsis.bat double click this file and will create automatically a RotateMe_signed.sis

@ LC,
Create a folder then put the ffg:
1. auto_signsis.bat
2. dzed.cer
3. rotateMe_2_0_beta1_unsigned.sis
4. signsis.exe
5. sultan.key
Edit your auto_signsis.bat using Notepad and put this line---> "signsis rotateMe_2_0_beta1_unsigned.sis RotateMe_signed.sis dzed.cer sultan.key 0123456"...(No Quotation Mark)then SAVE.
From this it will automatically create a SIS file named RotateMe_signed.sis
Use this file to install in your mobilephone the RoatateMe. Good luck friends!

I just got n95 yesterday everything is fine but even after spending Rs.30000/- i have got corrupted CD in the pack loaded with corrupted files of songs, movies etc.which is really not expected from nokia.

can i know why i cant play some real media video in this phone ?
cause it only has the audio but no video.
is it the codec problem ?

which is better camera n73 and n95 8g?both lens are same 2.8/5.6,so computer result is same

guys worry about the camera without lens protection, i dont have problem for that. Use your phone carefully, buy a extra case for your phone.camera effect is quite good. Much real color than the classic n95 actually better than any other nokia cameras.
But i think others like messaging or deleting files from phone is quite slow, do you guys find out?others are all right. Some time it hangs but i am used to nokia. The features are so advanced that it covers up the problems. Overall its very great phone. Dont expect it to be perfect.its up to you how much you can use it.
