Rone, where in the US were you able to buy the phone. I have concerns of trying to get it to work on AT&T's network with how they make only the phones they sell able to use all the functions that the phone has.
Thanks in advance.

@Lee
Yea mine does the same thing...it goes on landscape mode when it's on standby/hibernating.
For those asking about the slide...it's not as wobbly as the previous N95. I can say mine does not have any wobble at all. I've had mine just a little over 24 hours now and the battery is still showing full bars. I've surfed the net here and there but not extensively long, used it to talk to a friend, had the bluetooth on while I transfer my contacts from my P990, sent lots of text and I'm still at full bars on the battery.

I got my N95 8gb yesterday, its friggen awesome!!!
Best phone I've ever used, mine also came loaded with a copy of Spiderman 3. Great features, I can't stop playing with it.
If you like lots of functionality, this is the only phone to go for.

Just been into my nearest Vodafone shop an ask to have a look at the Black N95 an i think the Front of the phone looks odd to me he buttons are very small indeed an the screen is only about 2mm different from my N95-3 an,now i will be keeping my N95-3 instead of gettin the Black one its only got different items from the black one,memory an screen an colour so i think the N95-3 is worth buying instead as the Black one as the N82 will announce soon

My n95 arrived 3 days ago -it's already crashed a few times and has lost all network coverage because it thinks my sim card isnt inserted. apparently there have been lots of complaints about the software as well as the microphone/speakers breaking. does anyone know if they've improved on this with the n95 8gb?
