hi to all who wants to know about this phone.and compere with SE k850i
I got my N95.8Gb 2 days ago,its really nice the screen has really good quality,and camera is too good,the video recording is like no other phone.the price was 36000Rs(india) first day but second day it droped to 29000Rs.
Compere to k850i we cant even compere this 2 phones together ,N95 video recording is alot better than k850,N95 has wifi and 8Gb internal mass memory.and k850 doesn't have all this.so this 2 phones are totaly different from each other.

Just enquired the price at Nokia Priority Dealer at Kochi, India. Its Rs. 33,500/-. Hope it should be much cheaper with local dealers.

@RogerNokiaMan,

If I'm not mistaken it will not fit mate. To 'create' more space for battery, Nokia even removed the lens cover, remember that.

Hi all,
Just bought my silver/plum N95, had it 2 weeks, beautiful phone. Not interested in 8gb version, black phones don't appeal to me also front buttons give front face an improperly laid out look, they look squashed and odd. If only the new 8gb version was identical in colour as the old one, I would have bought it in a hurry! Silver/plum is class, class!

Question about the battery:
What's all the big deal about the new 8gb battery BL-6F (1200MAH). If I was to use it in the old N95 would it cause problems, overheat the phone? What is your opinion on this, would you use the 6F in your old N95?
Can the 6F even fit anyway?

that question you've asked?.. probably not a question, but an answer already..

N95 of course.. compare the phones.. in any side n95 is better, but.. it is all up to you..

I ordered this phone from mobilecityonline. $750+s&h. Great company. Phone made it from New York to Texas in two days via FedEx. This phone is absolutely amazing. The camera flash is very powerful (I don't know if it's xenon or LED, but if it's LED, then I don't need xenon). Great quality videos. Only camera complaint is that there's no way to mute the shutter sound (and of course, I wouldn't mind a lens cover, but it's not hard to wipe off). Front camera is pretty worthless unless you live in Europe and can take advantage of video calls. Quality is pretty bad on it. Web browsing is surprisingly easy considering QVGA resolution. Nokia Lifeblog software is phenomenal. Syncs all your text messages, pictures, etc. and puts them on a timeline. WiFi connection setup was very simple. The numberpad has enough texture that I have no problem typing without looking at the keys. Overall, just an amazing phone. It's really expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
