I think people don't have digital camera thats why they want everything in this phone N95 already does good job in Night but still poor SE fan crying for XENON Flash remember N95 is also a Camcorder so we cannot use xenon flash during video recorder and Most SE phone don't have good video plus 2-3 LED light do not produce enough light for video SE always losses and still losing

dont boast about how led flash does in the dark. xenon flash does produce more better shot in the dark. admit it.

Stu*pid people this phone has powerful L.E.D flash (light emitting diode) but Not as powerful as xenon flash XENON flash spoil image if object is closer than 1 or 2 meters but useful for long distance object (like 3 meters) LED flash is useless if object is far than 2 Meters but useful for low distance object i think no one uses phone for taking shot more than 2 METERS at night time thats why NOKIA used LED flash instead of Xenon Flash and in low light condition N95 does a good job considering that it's a CAM PHONE

Yes, you are entirely correct.
This is the very reason why I stressed out the fact that this is a non-PDA and implicitly a non-business phone, it is rather a multimedia multitalent for leisure and regular everyday use.
And indeed the test of time is the most eloquent when judging a phone's performances on the long run, but I will give Nokia a little bit of confidence in this respect, given their worldwide reputation. (even if they can go wrong sometimes, and the finishing rather on the cheap side of the original N95 could be one example, as well as the sluggish early S60 OS.)
But, summing up, in the realm of multimedia-oriented phones, this device is currently an undisputed leader, at least until some hidden drawback which will be revealed after extensive use might prove this statement wrong. I just hope it will not be the case.

"X" when you say the N95 8GB is the best non-PDA phone I take that to mean best non-business phone. Windows mobile, QWERTY and touchscreen have come to be intimately associated with business devices. So I have to agree with you; the N95 8GB is the best non-business phone with the proviso that it operates smoothly. It is only when we buy it and put it to the test that we will really know. The Texas Instrument GPS chipset may let the phone down. I feel that it will be the limiting factor on this phone.
I have come to realise that I may have to carry two phones. One for business eg HTC TyTN II and one for pleasure(entertainment/lifestyle) eg N95 8GB. It is difficult to find everything in one phone!

Bottom line is that, after having thousands of phone models in my hands, this is for sure the best phone at this moment in my opinion, there is no competition for it until now, not even close. W960i, LG KU990, Samsung G600, F700 or anything you might think about are simply no match.
The ONLY things it doesn't have judging by today's standards are a touchscreen, a Windows Mobile OS and perhaps a QWERTY input, but then it would have been the perfect phone, and things are never perfect, are they? :)
However this is the best non-PDA phone money can buy TODAY, trust me.

I played with the phone for a while... It definitely looks and feels a lot classier than the original N95. And the screen seems a lot larger, even though the difference seems small on paper, it is actually striking, this is how it should have been in the first place.
