hard reset code is:
*#7370# then enter the password by default the pw is 12345
or
shutdown the phone, before starting it press the *key+3key+the GREEN dialing key and then switch it on.

Nokia N96 is truely the greatest phone ever produced in the world. It has an excellent calling ability(handset), screen display(resolution), picture quality(camera), sound quality(3D stereo speakers), digital tv broadcasting(DVB-H internal antenna),navigation and mapping(ovi map), gaming(n-gage), various connectivities and the higher the firmware update the better the performance. It truely connect people and i'm proud of being part.

so far all i have read about the n96 is bad battery or bad software, or even worse really bad spelling on most of the comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
